We arrived at Busuanga airport and our transport was there waiting there. We arrived at the port where our boat was there to look after us. We were brought directly to our bamboo suite. We ordered our late lunch and my seafood lunguine was brought by a boat and it was delicious..then we were welcomed by Meghan explaining about our suite. In the evening we went to the Paolyn boat restaurant where we met April who gave us more information on what to visit our Coron. She was lovely. The next day we had our breakfast sent to out room and we proceeded to our tour of the lakes with the help of Wilson..he is excellent in explaining and looking after security during the tour. He made.our tour fun..All our food was very yummy and thank you to Chef Macky and his team for cooking our "masarap" meals. I would recommend this Paoly house boat to anyone who want to have an amazing experience not only of the breath taking view in our suite and most of all the friendliness and politeness of all the staff.. Thank you Paolo for made our stay unforgettable though you were not physically there.

My two Friends and I stayed for two night's at this secret hideaway and loved every second of it. From the moment we stepped on board you felt the warmth from Paolo, April Lyn and there great team. There are plenty of activities to do like kayaking,SUP,snorkelling and island tours. We woke at 6am and kayaked to the lagoons near and it was paradise at that time in the morning because we beat the tourist boats from the main land. It can also be a place to unwind and to get back in tune with nature. All the meals we had were delicious and if you are staying in the house boat adjacent to the restaurant then you can have your meals delivered which is a really nice option to have. All the rooms are extremly clean and comfortable and you have electricity all the time which is great considering the offshore location. It is all environmentally friendly which is fantastic and they also sell coral reef friendly sun tan lotion. We could only stay for two nights as they were fully booked but we would have definitely stayed longer if we had the chance!!! don't miss this special place!!!

Thank you again to Paolo, April Lyn and all the team. I hope to see you all again in the future!!

Ciao.

Dan 😊

We stayed 3 nights with our teenage daughters. Being fortunate and blessed to experience much of Philippines, this vacation is one of the most memorable. From the warm welcome and attentive staff through to the comforts of the boathouse being 100% off grid, the feeling of peace and privilege being in a lagoon accessible only by sea was exquisite. For every meal we had, I would shake my head in awe and bewilderment of the quality of food - effectively prepared on a self contained float and then boated round to your boathouse and table presented like a full restaurant. We throughly enjoyed hiring one of the boats with a guide/captain for a full day trip around the many beaches, lagoons and corals this place has to offer. You can choose your itinerary, length of staff at each destination and absorb the local guide information.

It's the little things that make the difference here and for example, a mix up with up with our booked massage was dealt with honestly and with apologetic accountability, which made for any disapointment and frustration to quickly vanish. One of the locally employed tribes man happened to be paddling by our boathouse and saw us struggling to open the parasol. He diverted course to assist us, then stayed for a few minutes and had a nice chat.

Thank you for the life long memories Paulyn boathouse!

Advice if you are considering a visit is that guests need to be of a certain basic agility to manoeuvre on and off small boats, kayaks etc.

Bonding with my parents (seniors) and siblings.. we had a blast. Only 10min on speedboat tour to Cayangan Lake, my parents didn’t climb up and down 230+ steps but enjoyed the boardwalk. Went to Barracuda Lake, all of us jumped... did snorkeling at Sunset beach and enjoyed the sunset. The food in houseboat restaurant were so good especially the crabs. We are so glad we got this chance to taste paradise... we want to come back next year.

I will not forget my time at Paolyn. In our entire Coron stay, it might have been the most special to me. From the friendly pick up from the wharf, to the amazing views going into the restaurant, to the friendly cats that entertained us while we ate. We took a dip in the cool water and it was so clean and so fresh! Got a chance to meet Paolo himself and he was as warm as the entire place. Next time I will stay longer for sure.
