We enjoyed our one night stay in the Red Room. We used the hot tub and pool in the early evening--the pool was not heated so kind of cool. We enjoyed our Dutch pancakes and European breakfast in the morning. It was certainly different than what we are use to but it was very good. Our hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed their two rambuctious dogs. One dog stole my husbands shoe while we were in the hot tub--but was our fault as we were warned about this. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.
This b&b was awesome. It was close to the airport (ten minutes ),but in a country atmosphere, that was beautiful, quit and very peaceful. The room was very impressive, clean, high quality linens, private entrance, fridge(stocked with water and pop),microwave and fresh fruit awaited us on the table. We also had a air conditioning unit we controlled and the bed was very comfortable as well.We also had use of a games room (air hockey, foosball, ping ping table and a gym). They also had an above ground pool, sauna and hot tub for our use.Gerard served us a Dutch breakfast, that was very good and we had a conversation with Ron while we ate.Gerard and Ron were excellent hosts. We would totally recommend this place to anyone staying in the london area.We would give this place a 10/10.

We had an amazing time at this B&B. Every detail was impeccably thought out and the owners are courteous and pleasant. We stayed in the Red room for two nights. With advance notice, the hosts are happy to accommodate dietary needs. Breakfasts are made fresh and are lavish with a European feel (probably because Ron and Gerard are both Dutch). We spent time in the hot tub both nights and dipped our feet in the pool. The grounds are lovely. It was a special treat to meet the dogs (and the puppy!), but the hosts are also happy to keep them separate if you are nervous or allergic to dogs. We loved chatting with the owners/hosts, but they are also respectful of your privacy if you prefer to be separate. Everything is clean and well-decorated. Every room has a private bathroom and most rooms have a private entrance (the red and blue room share an entrance). Rooms also have fridges stocked with sodas. The perfect location to enjoy the shows of Stratford.
We chose Ron and Gerard's lovely B & B for our annual " Best Friend Getaway " weekend. 4 girlfriends from high school days meet up once a year and choose a different home away from home every time.
We are pretty picky with our 'needs' and all of them were met...and with class!
One of the main things we look for now is at least one room on the main floor as yours truly has very bad knees and hips.
We were able to assign to upper rooms to 2 of us and then I shared a room with Rosemary on the main level ...with our very own wee patio and entrance.
Rose took the futon bed and I took the double.
Being girls of a certain age ( we were excited to celebrate our 60th this year) we were very happy for the working ceiling fan. Yay !
Every day lovely fruit bowls were replenished with fresh fruit and we were given fresh towels ( although we recommended against it. They want to do it that way)
We each had our own tiny fridge filled with waters and sodas too.
We had access to SO many extras like the above ground pool, hot tub ( which we used under a starry night one evening) , and a large basement area complete with game tables ( not us...ha ha) , television and VCR ( which we used for a DVD we brought ).
And of course the breakfasts. We very much enjoyed the European inspired breakfasts with fresh fruit, yogurts, cheeses and even meat from their own cow! There was always a basket of the yummiest breads and muffins or raisin buns for example and hot toast too.
One morning we had scrambled eggs ( from their chickens!) and one morning a delicious, sweet Dutch wee pancake treat with syrup .
The coffee was good and offered to us to take away for the day too as we were mostly staying there to hang around and reminisce and sing.
We felt that Ron and Gerard were very personable and thoughtful.
Also , the rooms were well separated from each other so that if you happened to make noise ( like screaming laughter from us...ha ha) no one could hear you in other areas .
The beds were comfortable . The sheets high thread count too.
And the beauty of the area with the many flowering lilacs and pretty gardens is a joy to behold.
You won't be disappointed in a place that's JUST FOR YOU !
My wife and I could spend only one nite, but Ron and Gerard were the best hosts and made our brief time truly memorable. Due to a cancellation, they upgraded our room and the suite was superb. Comfortable bed, a food prep area and a real dining table! As clean and well decorated as you could ask. It was a bit too cold for their swimming pool and hot tub, but the sauna was perfect after a long day traveling. Breakfast next morning was a 100% treat with fresh fruits, home grown veggies, and a special Dutch treat prepared by Gerald. There is a lovely nature walk around the property. Enjoyed the flora and fauna. We will return. There are a lot of housing options in the London area, but Just for You B&B is a not-to-miss choice. Don't forget to ask for Max when you visit!
