After traveling 6 weeks in Australia, we stopped in England for 4 days before continuing homeward. Friends from Scotland joined us at Knabbs Ash. Sheila was most gracious. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The room was quite comfortable and with the attached bath, very livable. Absolutely experience at this B&B.

My wife and I very much appreciated Sheila's kind hospitality. Everything is of very high quality in house, room, bathroom - there are many thoughtful small touches, including a welcoming pot of tea on arrival and Madeira in the room, to make guests feel at home. Breakfast is lavish both in quality and quantity!

The modern farmhouse is well set back from the A59 so there's no traffic noise to disturb the peace. The location is very convenient for Harrogate, Ripon, Harlow Carr Gardens and many other places of interest, with good country pubs. also within easy reach. There are splendid wide views over the Nidd valley.

This is a really fabulous b & b - perfectly placed for Harrogate and surrounding area, but in the countryside with wonderful views. The host is amazing and did everything possible to spoil us during our stay. The breakfasts were superb and our room beautiful with a very comfortable bed and lovely linen. A real gem.

A delightful position to view the valley following a busy day visiting the spa town of Harrogate so much to do there.
A very warm welcome with tea and treats - recommendations for evening meal too if required nearby.
A cosy room and comfortable bed- what more could you ask for.
A hearty breakfast- choice of fruit superb followed by smoked salmon and scrambled egg :).
Sheila could not have done more to make our stay such a pleasure.

We had a comfortable stay here for a couple of nights. Sheila welcomed us with a pot fo tea and tartlets which we were welcome after a slow journey. Our room, the smallest, was fine but with a compact bathroom. We had everything we needed. Everywhere was spotless with decoration, linens etc of a high standard. Breakfasts were excellent with a full range of fruits, cereals and cooked choices.
