We spent 12 nights at Tijili Benoa. It's a smaller hotel resort that is more family focussed in that the beach and pool are a good set up for families or those like us who wanted to avoid a party place. We had the standard room and it was very comfortable. Wifi was free and available throughout the property. Water bottles were provided daily. The beach was small and had good security so no one bothering you as you go about your beach activities. The restaurant at the beach, Warung Bamboo was really good. Our buffet breakfast had all kinds of food and was included. We frequently ate dinner there as well and the food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The main pool was a favorite go to for my morning swim and big enough for laps. Lots of resturants and convenience stores nearby. Great walkway near the beach that is good for walking, jogging or bike riding. There is also a rooftop pool which we didn't take the opportunity to use. I had a massage at the spa and it was wonderful!
We stayed nine nights at Tijili Benoa and had a great experience. Everything about the resort was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The building itself is almost new and of a high construction quality. WiFi, bathroom facilities, pools and gym are all well maintained, modern and functional. There is a beautiful walk along the beach path to Nusa Dua beach of about 3.5km and on some days we rented bicycles from the hotel to do this. The breakfast was excellent too and hotel restaurants a high standard. Altogether, I can only say positive things and I thank the Tijili for making our stay so good.
We stayed on 5th floor with garden and pool view. It is recommanded.
In th room all staffs were prepared very well. We have two single beds joined and sofa bed on the floor for my children. Breaky were good enough, it was better got it earlier.
Small room but clean as well as great AC. The front desk staff definitely needs more training in accommodating guests. We were told twice that it was peak season for them so no upgrades could be given but the rest of Bali (we stayed in 3 other hotels in different places) kept informing us that Nov-Dec is slow season and we were automatically given upgrades. The rest of the staff in the restaurants and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fine. The beachfront needs better shading and it was quite smelly and very small (it was cordoned off b/c of power boats etc) so we never swam there. The pools were quite warm but they did the job of cooling off. Overall, I would not stay there again given that our journey to Bali was so long and it was a special trip. I would pay for an upgraded hotel.
I am amazed at where all these fabulous reviews comes from. The hotel uses false advertising. The hotel pool is tiny. A man was spitting in it when we passed by. It is like a block of flats. You have to walk down corridors to get anywhere. There is no ambience. One restaurant is like a cafe hidden in a basement. The staff do their job, just. The balcony does not have enough room for a chair, the safe is can be carried around. We sacrificed our payment and went elsewhere, it was that bad.
