Unless you’re a backpacker or homeless then this place is not for you.
Bathrooms/toilets very clean, bedrooms presentable but not 100%, I found a empty Bundy can in my room and in my sons room a finger nail on the bed!
Great position/location, just a shame they don’t put any TLC into the place.
As we left there was someone asleep on the sofa in the lounge and sick outside by the food/drink area.

For your own good, please take this review as kind warning regarding Buzers.
We arrived late to Hervey Bay and where off for Frazier Island early next morning. As it would be only one night we thought that it does not matter that much where we sleep as long as the price is reasonable. Well... the room was dirty (filthy) and without AC. The motel and the premises was more of a set from a bad movie.
It was for sure a night to remember. We hardly had any sleep because of the violent behavior a couple was showing through out the night. Hitting each other, slamming doors, throwing things around, screaming, threats of killing each other and so forth. We don’t usually get scared but this night was another story. Worst night of my life.
To sum it up: DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL

Absolutely hated this place. There were bed bugs in the room.
Not a backpacker hostel. The customers were mostly old, untidy and drunk. Drunk were also the staff who seemed to sit around on the terrace most of the time.
There are some actually decent hostels in Hervey bay, just go to one of them.

The staff is so welcoming, nice and helpful. She made my day after a lOng bus ride from Gold Coast. She helped me book the Fraser Island day tour. And the people in the hostel is looking out for me. I was quite surprised that the kitchen and showers and toilets are so clean for a hostel. The hostel is quite old but spacious. Towel is provided but there are nothing in the room to hang the towels so hangers in the room would be nice. I only stayed for one night so didn’t get a chance to walk around the area but the hostel is located right next to the greyhound bus stop and there are restaurants and bars nearby. I booked the Fraser Island tour with the hostel which costs $190 and the bus stop where we got picked up for the tour is just 2’ walk. So convenient.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this accommodation for 2x nights.
Check in was easy and staff really helpful. Our room was really lovely with a really comfy bed. Towels provided. Good pool area and the whole place is really spacious. Good location also
Only downside was the kitchen. Knifes were blunt and bbq area was dirty and basic. It took us 1 hour to boil a pan as the hot plates were really old and really needed replacing. However as it’s in a good location it wasn’t difficult to find some alternate food:)
