For Php 1000 consumable day tour pass, you get to choose any food/drinks/activities you want to avail. Plus you get to swim at their pools, beach. We had buffet at Bamboo Restaurant (Php 500) with very accomodating and friendly waiter/s. We felt we had that waiter as our butler. Very nice service! Then, we tried their Zipline and Horse Back Riding (Php 500). Awesome!

The only reason why we stayed in Dakak was because it gives us complimentary entry passes to Gloria's Fantasyland.

This place is very exclusive. It would be best if you arrange a pickup/transfer to and from the hotel as this resort cant be reached by public transport. We drove to the place so it makes it a lot easier.

This place is worn out though. It needs a lot of updating. The room we were given was so far away from the beachfront and you have to take a flight of stairs and makeshift tracks to get there. There was a shortcut from the main road but you still need to take stairs so its not really friendly for people with special needs, old guests and even children.

The room was cozy but you can see that its crying for an update, considering the price for a night's stay. We saw termites near the cieling just where th lighting is situated. If not prevented, it would sure damage the entire place knowing most rooms are made of light materials typical to tropical resorts. The AC was noisy and the tv and minibar dated.

There were several pools in the resort, only very little were child friendly though. Most are perfect for young adults who need less supervision. The beach was pleasant. The sand isnt as fine as Boracay's but its ok. The waves were mild to almost non existent, it was safe for swimming. The downside though was that the sewer disposes its dump right to the beach which was quite disgusting. This made me walk a long way... far far away from where the sewer was before i was confident to take a short dip.

The sunset was ok as there was an island blocking its splendor. The shoreline was well maintained as well as the landscaping. I saw new construction being done but they desperately need to update the entire place.. it just looks sad to me.

Breakfast was awesome though. The buffet had a good spread of Filipino favorites. The staff were also charming but a bit reserved. Maybe its the culture so i dont blame them for that. Overall, i think its a bit pricey for a place so remote and dated. They desperately need to keep up with the trend for tourist to truly want to visit this place.

Dakak Park and Beach Resort is truly a hidden gem in the Philippines. The resort is located in the picturesque province of Zamboanga del Norte and offers a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear waters of Taguilon Beach.

From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by friendly staff who will make sure that your stay is nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer stunning views of the ocean. The resort also has a variety of activities to keep you entertained, including beach volleyball, snorkeling, and kayaking.

The highlight of my stay was the incredible food. The resort has a number of restaurants that serve a variety of delicious dishes, from traditional Filipino cuisine to international flavors. The seafood is especially fresh and delicious, and I highly recommend trying the local specialties.

Another standout feature of the resort is the breathtaking infinity pool. This pool overlooks the ocean and is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The pool area is well-maintained and there are plenty of lounge chairs available for guests.

Overall, my stay at Dakak Park and Beach Resort was nothing short of magical. The stunning scenery, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service all come together to create a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a tropical getaway!

Dakak is one of the great place to visit in Dapitan City. After you visit the city with historical site you can stay at this resort. You can enjoy the beach, the great ambiance of the place is very relaxing and you can enjoy their a lot of swimming pools until evening. The food is quite expensive but it's worth it.

The AC worked well, bathroom(CR) was clean. The room Safe had no power, or was broke. Staff was very respectful. Beautiful white sand beach, but you could NOT swim without being stung by the Jellyfish. Spotted (Mastigias Papua) Jellyfish. Wonderful ocean breeze in the region. Many water-sports available. Great place for taking pictures, or lounging on the beach. We received a promotional price for our stay. 50% off for week days. Not sure it would be worth full price. Read all the reviews before going. Three restaurants on site. Good food, but maybe too fancy?
