Booked the Sitio Amore room for 5 pax through agoda for about USD 392.13 usd which is cheaper than their walkin rate. The rate included dinner (7pm to 9pm) and beakfast (7am to 9am).
As for the dinner, it was served like fine dining wherein you choose from their menu. What i really didnt like about it was that we ordered first amongst the other tables but however- we wered served later and waited like 45 min for our "soup" which was not even hot when it arrived in our table - 4 pumpkin soup and 1 onion soup.
The breakfast went well because it was like a semi - buffet. The salads, breads, coffee/ tea, cereals were already served in the buffet setup area and the main course you will order from the waiter.
They also have tours available, activities in the hotel. 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The room rate had also a kayak/ canoe free for 1 hr. They also have spa services from body massage to mani and pedi.
The bad thing about the Sitio Amore room was that the door was super unbelievably hard to close! It was so scary leaving your valuables inside when you cant lock the door. We stayed in Room 44 and even the next room 45 wasnt able to close their door when leaving for dinner - and the staff wasnt able to close it as well.
Puerto Del Sol is nice, yet still have alot to improve. If you have your own private car, they have a parking space for guests for free.
Overall the staff were very kind, helpful with smiley faces & special mention to Johnny at the frontdesk!

We visited the resort last April 01, the travel time from Manila to Bolina took us almost 6hours. Upon arrival they gave us welcome drinks (tea) and necklaces made from shells. We stayed in Casitas Room, it has 2 AC bedrooms, one toilet and bath, living room and an open dining area. The staff were very nice and easy to deal with. They have 2 pools, one of which is an infinity pool. We werent able to do beach swimming and kayak because its low tide but we were able to enjoy the relaxing view of the beach. If you want to use the beach towels you need to deposit 2k in the front desk which will be refunded upon check out. The food were so so. Overall experience was very good, i love the cozy ambiance and the pool.

Beautiful Landscape,we almost took our photos on all corners - infinity pool, jacuzzi, flowers and trellis with bongauville blooms everywhere in various color, cream -colored beach ( with some stones though). Not so crowded. Quite Pricey but negotiable since we have a big group. They added various amenities so it justifies the price. I just wish they served more fresh fish dishes. I think their business is growing bigger and have to train new staff but I think they try their best. Our minor concern was hot water as early as 5AM since we wake up early and it was difficult to use their keys - but the other staff tried to help. The other concern is for the town of Bolinao - Filipinos wants some souveneirs and pasalabong and town has yet to develop this- I think

Length of stay: 4 days/3 nights
Trip took around 4 1/2 hours from Manila. Upon reaching the city of Bolinao, just follow the road signs leading to Puerto del Sol. We were surprised that the resort was around 20kms from Bolinao. The place was very remote. The next convenience store is 25-30kms from the resort so I suggest to bring everything that you need. The staff gave us a warm welcome & seashell necklaces.
We booked in a Mansion Villa Cluster 2. Unfortunately, we had to change our room since the bathroom smells like drainage. We were transferred to Cluster 4.
Water that flows from the faucet is salty because their filtration is not that advanced.
They have the newly opened Sitio Amore fronting the infinity pool. The beach was really nice. Sand was very fine and my kids enjoyed building sand castles.
WiFi is very, very bad. If you are a Globe or Smart user, signal is bad specially if you are using their data service. Sun Cellular has a very strong signal.
Food in their restaurant is expensive. When we checked out, our food bill was around 6,000 pesos just for 4 days. You are not allowed to bring food in the resort. You are only allowed to bring in chips and water.
Overall, I would say that this resort is still pleasant. They just need to address their problem with WiFi and lower down food cost.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate my Dad's Birthday. And we had so much fun. The infinity pool is really nice and food are great. We got casitas and it was very close to the beach. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. We will definitely go back to Puerto Del Sol.
