I liked the room with big lockers and air con, tv lounge and bathrooms were nice. It was very annoying having to ask staff for a cup, some hot water, cutlery. They should provide this in the lounge/ dining area so you don't have to hassle the staff all the time. The food the hostel cooked was not nice, breakfast came cold every time. Location is not good either next time I would stay in panglao Island at alona beach which has everything in a very short walking distance, as there are no restaurants near treats hostel.

Stayed here for our conference. We stayed on the dormitory type. The room is great and clean. The bathrooms are maintained well, although one bathroom's hot shower does not work.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating, they'll surely assist you with what you need.

Recommended place to stay in Tagbilaran and budget friendly.

Thank you so much for staying with us. Your kind words are truly an inspiration to us. Just an update, the malfunctioning hot shower has been fixed since you brought it up to our attention. Again, thank you and hope to see you next time you visit Bohol.

We stayed here whilst in Bohol for 4 nights.

Most taxi/tricycle drivers knew the location from the swimming pool name rather than hotel name but that wasn't an issue for us.

The hotel is approx a 15 min walk from the city centre, while we were there the roads on either side were under construction, meaning a lack of tricycles in the area, so we had to walk to the main road any time we wanted to go further out of town.

The rooms are nice enough, however the walls are very thin - you can hear everything from other rooms and the doors are so thin you can see the hallway light shining through at night! We had a room backing onto the swimming pool and I would recommend asking to be moved if this is what you're offered - the pool is used by the locals who can be very noisy - there were parties there every night we stayed and we could clearly hear everything until the early hours of the morning.

My biggest complaint would be that we had a family of cockroaches living in the bathroom. Each night there would be at least two cockroaches somewhere in the bathroom - either on the floor or on the sink - not great!

Having seen all the other accommodation available in the city, we would probably choose somewhere a little more central than Tr3ats if we stayed in Tagbilaran again.

The staff is very friendly, our room (twin room) was clean and we had a tv inside. The food they were serving was okay...
Two 'bad' things: in our room we heard every little sound from the common tv area and the light was coming through the door.
The other thing is that they sometimes seem to be a little bit unorganised, as we ordered our breakfast and had to wait over half an hour for it though it was just toast with egg and a oatmeal (which tastes as nothing) so that we were already scared to miss our ferry.
All in all it was okay to stay there, the building is new and the staff is friendly, but they have to change some things!
