We went in this hotel with 2 friends for vacation. First of all the location of the hotel is a little bit far away from the noise of Paris (30 min from Eiffel tower by metro,(10 minutes from Louvre). The metro station is 13 minutes from the hotel.
Thats one reason for the cheap price.

The other reasons are that the rooms and bathroom are really small! Onpy big enough to fit the beds, thats all. Bathroom was inconvenient aswell. Just 1.5m² to take a shower and wash all of the bathroom. And the worst thing was that we couldnt take a proper shower, as the water didnt stop changing from boiling hot, to freezing cold in a matter of seconds without even touching anything, nonstop. I've never seen somethinglike this.

I didnt like that we didnt have a plug in for our phones to charge next to our beds, but we had to get up.
On the second day, we had to ask for the towel, as we were 3 and got only 2 towels.

The black girl in the reception was really kind and helpful. I couldnt say the same thing about a guy at night, when we asked for some information, he wasnt present in his office, he came to help us and immediately left back in to another room. But because i needed something else i called him again saying sorry from the entrance and i heard a bored and heavy "uuuugggghhhh" as if we wasted his hole life in those 2 minutes.

The only reason to come here is if you want only a place to sleep, and you dont mind taking at least 20 minutes trying to have a shower.

this hotel is ourside from central of Paris, but it is the reason of good price. we have no complaint on that. Around 15 minutes walk to metro station.
small room, small bathroom but it is ok if you just need a bed to sleep.
and they donot have any place to keep your lugguge if you check out.

if you are solo traveller, i think this hotel's location is not sultable.

Rooms were clean but basic which was fine but the decor, tiny room and twxtured artex walls did give a vibe of prison cell! Room was small but sufficient for 2, but our room was a room for 3 and one more person in there would be very overcrowded. There was 1 towel in the room, we asked and got 2 more. There was only 1 very soft and sad looking pillow but we were told they could not give us another. Room were clean but smelled musty and the communal hall areas smelled like stinky trainers! The entrance and reception was sparce and bleak. This hotel is more like a hostel with private rooms than a hotel
We stayed Sun-Tues and it was quiet and beds were comfortable so we slept well. Two electrical plugs in our room had no covers so could not be used and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The vending machine had no bottles of water and room got quite stuffy and hot despite the window open.

The area isn't the most charming. We were on our guard walking home from the metro night one and got a cab night two. There is a security gate to enter and you need a code which is changed daily which does not bode well for the safety of the area. Its about 15 mins from metro station. It is on line 9 which serves the main tourist attractions without changing (Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysee, Larc du Triomph) but it is down a dark street from the hotel so at night I would recommend a bus (115) from the metro or a taxi.

Would I recommend this hotel? Not especially. But it is passable if you want a cheap hotel in Paris.

Reading some of the reviews I honestly was worried, but it’s just a typical budget hotel. Wasn’t the cleanest and in the best repair. But since we only needed somewhere to stay it was sufficient! Only downsize is the room size we was in, barely bigger then the bed itself, and the shower room was a wet room toilet combination the same size as a regular shower cubicle at home lol. Walk wise it’s 20/30 mins from either of the 2 nearest metro stations so pack lightly if you don’t get a taxi from the metro.

The hotel does have a bad smoke smell, this is due to the residents smoking out their room windows. The hotel is in the “ghetto” too, so don’t be alarmed by the area. We spent a week here and didn’t have any trouble.

Overall it was a good place to sleep.

Will never recommend this hotel.

I know we have paid a small amount but didnt expect it to be disgusting

We came at around 4 pm checked in paid the parking and breakfast.
Upon entering the hallway you can smell that someone just smoked cigarette.

And when you enter the room there is a bad odor which is marijuana. My children have noticed the smell immediately and told me about it went in checked the room and also checked the beddings because i was already disappointed. And know what i found under the blankets bed sheets which havent been changed because it is still crumbled and it has pubic hair all over!!! went to our room checked the bedding it was unbelievable its the same!!!
Went down to the receptionist on duty asked him to change the room since i am already tired because we have travelled 8 hrs havent slept more than 24 hrs all i wanted was a clean and comfortable room... he gave us new cards went in the room checked it is still hilarious its all the same..
Went down again plead the receptionist just to change the beddings... the chamber maid seliah came out and wouldnt change the beddings and insisted it is new and showed her the hair and yellow stains and still insisted it was new and she will never change it... was murmuring put her earset turned her back on us and talked to someone in her mobile phone, it's unbelievable how they treat their guest da silva the recptionist cant do anything about our request because the chamber maid wouldnt change the beddings... asked for the refund wouldnt reimburse the parking and breakfast. Most horrible hotel and customer service ever.no team work and will never provide the satisfactory for their clients.
Also told the receptionist if the room was cleaned why was the smell of marijuana still there, he told me that they cannot avoid this situation, i told him yes this cant be avoided but aleast they should have kept the room unavailable till there is no odor ... they left us no choice but to change hotel because the receprionist cant handle their chamber maid.

Shame that they dont follow standards of this chain hotel.

In the website its clearly indicated "comfort"
