One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. staff is very friendly and helps you with whatever. room is spacious and clean, extra plus for the bathroom/shower. Pool is nice and the beach is also nice. Restaurant serves excellent food! Recommend this place to 100%!

Just went here to the restaurant. Best place to have lunch on Alona beach, the grill option is perfect for a cheap but really tasty and filling lunch. Also toilets are immaculate and its right on the beach front

We needed a place that would house my husband and I plus Brothers family of 5. The pyramid resort is small cluster of cottages behind a bar/restaurant. It seemed nice and the grounds were nice but the cottage was very dark and damp and there was not even a fridge to put water etc in. The stairs were not child friendly either.
Walking through the bar to the beach it quickly became apparent that the beach was full of tables and chairs and not really room to sunbathe and play with the kids.
We decided not to stay there and instead went to nearby bohol beach club which for approx £10pn more per couple was far better value. We got large apartments each, huge resort, long white sandy beach.
The Pyramid website is certainly deceptive and not a place i'd recommend. There isn't even anywhere to park a cr.

Went here to eat so I'm only reviewing their restaurant.
Our group ordered their 'good for 4 package' which consists of some grilled BBQs, fish, squid, and some chops. We also ordered fries, pad thai, fruit shakes, and vegetable dish.
Food package - 2 sticks of pork BBQ, 2 sticks of Chicken BBQ, 1 piece porkchop, 1 piece of fish (which is SMALL!), and 1 squid (which I really think is a baby squid, jesus, only had 5 slices in it!). The price - Php 1,200++
Fries - soggy! had to send back to the kitchen twice so they can cook it right!
Pad Thai - oh sheez. Don't even get me started. Half of the plate is not spicy, half of it is SUPER spicy. I don't recall having this 'preference' when I ordered.
Only the fruit shakes passed. If only I knew that I would be spending about Php 3000++ here, I would've eaten at Henann's.

No wonder most of the reviews are terrible.
Yeah its really terrible. the service sucks!
I wait for more than an hour before you took my order. I called the attention of the waiters/waitress and with their common response they will comeback or called other waiter/waitress to assist then leave. I waited for more or less 3 hours for my order to be served. when I already lost my temper I go to grilled area and they said that i will cancel my order as I'm waiting for 3hrs and my food not cooked yet.
What really put me out the temper is their boss/supervisor. he kept roaming around passing by at my table watching the guest but the heck he didn't notice me sitting for more than 3 hrs with nothing to do. just sitting. he did nothing!
Please fix your service you have lovely location/ambiance for dinner but your service is the most terrible i ever encountered.

Yes our seaview room has balcony facing the sea which is located in the second floor and the other balcony which is in the first floor is facing the pool.
