We attended a wedding in Alacati and Kurabiye was one of the official wedding hotels that came highly recommended. It definitely didn't disappoint. Kurabiye is a small boutique hotel, painted white with purple trim on doors and windows, and draped in bougainvillea. There is a courtyard with chairs and day beds where you can lounge and enjoy some Turkish tea, and even a hot tub. Our room was on the top floor and got some residual night club noise from down the street, but other wedding guest staying at the hotel said their rooms were quiet. Even with that hiccup, the hotel was about as charming and lovely as can be.

With all that being said, it was the people that really put this place over the top. They are accommodating, friendly, and really treat you like family. We were served an ah-ma-zing traditional Turkish breakfast every morning (seriously, I can't imagine getting a better breakfast in a restaurant) by smiling faces with a friendly vibe. They were helpful in giving us recommendations, arranged taxis for us, and even gave us a traditional send-off when we left.

We loved the Alacati region and are 100% going back someday. When we do, we will 100% be staying at Kurabiye. Tesekkurler!

Response from kurabiye, Yönetici at Kurabiye Hotel

Our dear guest, We thank you so much for your feedback. Comments from our guests encourage us to give better service and improve for you as we know so well that holiday time is the most precious time for everybody and we should try to make your stay as close to perfect as we can for every single guest. We are so sorry for the night club’s noise coming from outside. We have been struggling to stop it. We hope the authorities will do something to stop it at a certain time next season. However until then, we supply guests with earplugs on request :) We will be pleased to see you again at our small village and at Kurabiye; we built it with the dream of being your home away from home! :)

Kurabiye was recommended by a friend. It is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful town. I highly recommend the hotel based on: the extremely courteous and helpful staff (who can recommend/help coordinate beach clubs and restaurants), the location (less touristy area but still in walkable area with plenty of restaurants and bars), and the charm of the hotel itself. The room was wonderful and the breakfast/rest area is partly outdoors and just beautiful. The breakfast, which comes with the stay, is also delicious and in traditional Turkish style. A million thanks to Kurabiy Otel for being a highlight of our 10 days in a wonderful country.

We went to Kurabiye hotel for a short vacation. I can say this is one of "must try" places. The owners Mrs.Perihan Akbulut and Mr.Mehmet Ali Akbulut are fantasticly great hosts. I wish I had noted down the whole staff's name, they were amazingly helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Alpay for his great interest and hospitality. The whole staff was super cool and sweet that they make you feel at home. From the first moment until we left they made us feel at our family's home. We stayed at a roof top suite room. It was very spacious. We had every comfort we needed. Breakfast was amazing, most of the time we couldn't finish up the plates. They also own a amazing gelato( ice cream) shop which contains the flavours you can't even taste in Italy. They are amazingly professional and welcoming. They even sent our room a sweet suprise for my boyfriend's birthday.(Thank you again) This little boutique hotel is so close to Alaçatı's best spot called Hacı Memiş. All great spots are in walking distance. You don't need a taxi or car but if you rent one they also provide a autopark for free. You can't get enough of this lovely smelling beautiful blue & white decorated hotel. I'm sure we will always go back there every year. No one can ever forget their stay at this pretty fairy tale style hotel. Thank you Kurabiye Hotel.

It’s a small boutique hotel run by a husband-and-wife team who take great care in looking after each guest. Our room was beautifully decorated and upheld the laid back, friendly atmosphere of the town. Breakfast included toast, jams, salad, cold meats, olives, tea and juice. All of the produce was sourced from local farmers so it’s super fresh and tasty.
The Owner recommended some great places to eat as well and was always available for a chat. More photos in blog.

Very nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, very clean , The owners are very hostile and friendly, they help you for dinner reservations,on the seasons you cant eat without reservation on populer restaurants (there is no dinner on the hotels in Alacati usually room and breakfast)
EXCELLENT BREAKFAST (if you cant stay in the hotel go for the breakfast )
