Anyone that visits Siem Reap must head to Charlie's for a drink, the atmosphere is always amazing. They have a different drink special every night, but in saying that every drink on the menu is reasonably priced. You are bound to make many new travel friends whilst hanging out at Charlie's. Be sure to say hello to the friendly owners!
Stepping into Old Shanghai this is a great bar to visit. Miss Wong's serves some of the best cocktails in town, the perfect place for pre or after dinner drinks. It is in "The Lane" behind Pub Street.
A hidden gem down the lane away from Pub Street. If you don't feel like the craziness of pub street, wander down the lane (past the U-Care pharmacy) and you will find Soul Train. It is a laid back Bob Marley styled bar with cheap drinks and lounges to hang out and make friends.
A trip to Siem Reap would not be complete if you didn't spend a night dancing on Pub Street. There are two main venues to party at on pub street; Angkor What Bar and Temple Club, both are great but the best fun is dancing in the middle of the street in-between the two.
If you're up for a big night with lots of fun, games and new friends then the Siem Reap Pub Crawl is an activity for you. This pub crawl runs 3 nights a week, hosted by a fabulous group of Kiwi's. For only $10 (or $8 if you have a promotional flyer) you get a singlet, multiple free drinks and taken to some cool bars you may not discover on your own. The pub crawl begins at X-Bar which is a great bar with dj's, live music, pool tables and a fun place to watch the sunrise if you're out all night.
This is a new back-packers in Siem Reap and the rooftop bar is a must see. Highly recommend heading here for sunset drinks and dinner. The view from the bar is stunning.
