With Tripadvisor Review Hub, it’s easy to engage with your customers all in one place. Here’s our guide to connecting your pages from around the web to your Review Hub dashboard.

Getting started with Tripadvisor Review Hub is easy. The first step? Connecting all of your pages to to your dashboard. Here’s how. Jump to:

Connecting Google to Review Hub

I already have a Google My Business page

To connect Google My Business to Tripadvisor, click “Start now.” To connect your listing, you’ll need to have manager or owner access. Sign in to your Google My Business account that manages the listing you wish to connect and choose your verified listing in the pop-up. Be sure to allow all permissions so we can make the connection. It may take up to an hour for everything to be fully connected.

I don’t have a Google My Business page or my location doesn’t exist

If you don’t already have a business page on Google, you will need to create one here. You’ll be prompted to add one on Google after clicking “Start now.” Click here for Google’s step-by-step guide on how to add your business listing.

A Google My Business profile exists for my location, but I don’t have access

To connect your listing, you’ll need to have manager or owner access. If your business listing already exists, click here for Google’s guide to request ownership of the listing.

Once you have added your business, requested access, and/or claimed it, you may need to go through a verification process over the phone or via postcard, which can take a few days. Once you’re verified, click “Start now” on your Review Hub dashboard and log in to your Google account.

I have a Google My Business page, but it’s not connecting. What do I do?

If you have a page, but you’re still not connecting:

  1. Check that you are the owner or manager of the listing within your Google My Business account.
  2. Make sure that you allow all permissions when clicking “Start now.”
  3. Check that the information in your Manage Listing section (name, address, and contact information) of your Tripadvisor Management Center matches the information in your Google My Business page.
  4. Add your Google My Business page to a Location group — this will make your business page easier to find. Learn more about how to do that here.

If you’re still unable to connect, contact our support team.

I have a location within my Google My Business page, but it says it’s a duplicate. What do I do?

Two things could be happening — you could have a duplicate within your account, or your listing could be a duplicate on Google. Troubleshoot duplicate pages here.

Connecting Facebook to Review Hub

I already have a Facebook Business page

To connect Facebook to Tripadvisor, click “Start now.” Sign in to your Facebook account and choose your listing in the pop-up. Be sure to allow all permissions so we can make the connection. Once you log in, you should see that your location is connected and syncing — it may take up to an hour for the systems to fully connect.

I don’t have a Facebook Business page

If you don’t already have a Facebook listing, you will need to create one before you’re able to connect to Review Hub. This account is different from your personal Facebook account. To create a new page on Facebook, click here.

A Facebook Business page exists for my location, but I don’t have access

Your business may already have a Facebook page. See Facebook’s guide to claiming an existing unmanaged page here.

I have a Facebook Business Business page, but it’s not connecting. What do I do?

If you have a page, but you’re still not connecting:

  1. Check that you are signed in as the Admin of your Facebook Business page.
  2. Make sure that you allow all permissions when clicking “Connect.”
  3. Check that your information in your Manage Listing section (name, address, and contact information) of your Tripadvisor Management Center matches the information in your Facebook account.

If you’re still unable to connect, contact our support team.

Connecting Yelp to Review Hub

Connecting Yelp to Tripadvisor is automatic. As long a Yelp listing exists for your location, you don’t have to do anything but wait for the accounts to match. This should take between 3-5 business days.

If you don’t already have a Yelp listing, you will need to create one. To do this, simply click “Add New” on the Yelp for Business Owners page and create a new account. Read Yelp’s step-by-step guide here.

I have a Yelp listing, but it’s not connecting. What do I do?

If you have a listing, but you’re still not connecting:

  1. Make sure that the information in your Manage Listing section (name, address, and contact information) of your Tripadvisor Management Center matches the information in your Yelp account.
  2. It takes 3-5 business days once you create a new page on Yelp for it to connect with Tripadvisor. If your Yelp listing is brand new, it may take some time to sync.

If you’re still unable to connect, contact our support team.

Connecting Foursquare to Review Hub

Connecting Foursquare to Tripadvisor is automatic. As long as a Foursquare listing for your business exists, you don’t have to do anything but wait for the accounts to match. This should take between 3-5 business days.

If you don’t already have a Foursquare listing, you will need to create one by going to your settings and selecting “Add a new place.” Then, add in your information and drop a pin on the map so that your customers can start checking in to your restaurant. I have a Foursquare listing, but it’s not connecting. What do I do?

If you have a listing, but you’re still not connecting:

  1. Make sure that the information in your Manage Listing section (name, address, and contact information) of your Tripadvisor Management Center matches the information in your Foursquare page.
  2. It takes 3-5 business days once you create a new page for it to connect with Tripadvisor. If your page is brand new, it may take some time to sync.

Connecting TheFork to Review Hub

Connecting TheFork to Tripadvisor is automatic. As long as you have a listing on TheFork, you don't have to do anything but wait for the accounts to match. This should take between 3-5 business days.

If you don't already have a listing on TheFork, you will need to create one. Fill out the form here to get started.

Creating a listing on TheFork is free — you'll only pay for the diners that come to your restaurant. TheFork also offers several additional products to enhance your listing, which you can learn about here.

I have a listing on TheFork, but it's not connecting. What do I do?

If you have a listing, but you're still not connecting:

  1. Make sure that the information in your Manage Listing section (name, address, and contact information) of your Tripadvisor Management Center matches the information in your TheFork account.
  2. It takes 3-5 business days for your accounts to match. If you're still not connected after that time, log in and contact our support team. If you know your Tripadvisor Location ID, our team will be able to help you more quickly. You can find this by looking at the URL of your restaurant — the numbers following the letter "d" make up your Location ID.
