There are always habal-habal drivers outside. Should there really be no vacancies in Forest Park (which I doubt because when we were there, they were new rooms under construction) or in the neighboring Pinegroove (which is owned by the same company that manager Forest Park) there are other little accomodations somewhere down. I suggest that you should book in advance especially if you plan to go there on weekends because they only have limited number of rooms and the place tend to be full of guests during those times. It is also wise to book in advance since the place is also a two-hour drive from Cagayan de Oro City (where a stay for a night is readily available without booking).
