I brought my kids who are 12 and 16. I don't remember what they ordered but it was fine. I have a picky one but he found something. The atmosphere was fine for kids.
I would make a different choice with kids, There are plenty of options near Times Square. Ellen's Stardust diner is fun for kids.
not geared towards kids but generally kid friendly.
I agree with all of comments from Clive1504. Its a crackin Irish pub but not suitable for children.
I have never seen kids there because it is near Times Square where there are tons of other options to bring kids along.
Certainly wouldn't be my first choice to bring kids. If you're really dying for some Irish grub I'm sure they can find items on the menu they like. The portions are not kids size. At least, not the wee ones.
To be honest with you I work around the corner and I only go there for lunch so I have never seen any children there despite it's proximity to Times Square. They do have a large bar and serve alcohol so give them a call.
Connollys is just off Times Square and is busy at most times. It can be noisy and to be honest I wouldn't take children. It is a typical Irish Bar and although serves excellent food, it is mainly a drinking establishment. I wouldn't recommend it for children.
