Good day! Our company conducts a weekly customer satisfaction survey and when there are common concerns that are raised such as, delay in serving the food, temperature ambient in the store, taste issue, and etc. we, together with our managers look into them and address them.
Our business is a highly competitive industry and it is a daily challenge to maintain a solid foothold of the market. Customers are highly discriminating. As such, we have to consistently deliver excellent food and quality service to them. As our company grow, we are also faced with supply problem in manpower. Procurement of quality raw materials at reasonable price are also concerns.
