Last week we (a group of 8) did a rafting tour with you. We bought 2 CDs with pictures (of 2 boats). Both CD's dont work. I tried to email you on the email on your card but got no reply. Can you email us the pictures, since we bought them. Or deposit a refund back to my bankaccount.
I didn't have that problem because my disc worked fine. Sorry.
I don't own a rafting company. I went on the tour I didn't buy any pictures. That tour I took on April.
I have heard that it can take a while to get pictures sent when disks are damaged or lost (or don't work) - since there are so many pictures of each boat. But - I have heard that they do get it taken care of!
