Hi Secret Garden's Manager and team,

I am appalled to read your response of my review. Your response is inaccurate and false. We did not complain about the food to your staff and no Manager came to our table to apologise. We ate and left after finishing our dinner. I am writing this because you need to know you have made a mistake.

Dear LSY-R,

Thanks so much for your response. I'm Uy TRAN, the owner of Secret Garden. I will make a double-check to my staffs who were in charge of taking care of your table in Sep 23rd 2017. I always recommend them to beg the guest's feedback right away they have finished their dishes, hence, we can sort out immediately the problem. If that didnot happen, I personally do apologize for my staffs. It's all about my fault. I did not coach them well enough.

From the years working in Hospitality industry, i discerned nobody wanna to ruin the business of any one by just only a piece of beef, unless, that "business" did not re-act properly to the guest's complaint. Unfortunately, we didnot receive your comment at the right time thus this experience was given.

Once again, i really want to redeem myself for your disappointed dish. Would be great if i have a chance to welcome you back. Surely that you will be pleased for more.
