I stayed at Riad Fes Maya and booked my first Hamman treatment with Riad Fes. I felt like the hotel did not manage the process well. The manager forgot about our reservation and rushed to call someone in to give us our hamman which meant our booking was pushed back an hour, this was fine for us since we were staying at the hotel but if we weren't a guest this would have been quite the inconvenience. The woman who gave my friend and I the hamman was great and we really enjoyed the experience but note that Riad Fes is not a spa it's first a riad. For a true hamman experience I would look for a spa. If you do book, take cash to tip after your treatment, this will ensure the proper people receive the tip ;). We didn't do this and our hamman specialist didn't receive her tip from the manager.

Don’t stay there. The manager Sama is a scam artist. Stay in a 5 star Riad.

This hotel was a nightmare. Had a huge issue with the owner and credit card fraud with a recommended vendor they took us to. Very high-pressure services the hotel offers. Beautiful place and good restaurant, but the integrity level of management is horrible.
