I have not been to the USA. The steak is high quality beef. They show you the different cuts of meat so you can decide what you want. I would put the restaurant on a par with Gaucho's

The meat at George's Prime Steak is as good as our steak here in the States. I was shocked, so I went back to this place twice. If you're in Prague George's makes you feel like home. -Rodin

As far as I know, only beef from South America is being used. It tastes beautiful.

Yes European raised beef does taste differently because it is mainly grass fed--as I understand--but this is USDA grain or grass fed beef and should taste like what you get in the USA at the better restaurants. I can no longer eat run of the mill beef in the US because of the antibiotics fed to the beef but this I can. Hope this helps. As an aside even McDonalds tastes differently in Europe!

The meat is cooked well. Does it taste liked USA meat? Really do not know, but if that is what you want - eat it in USA - why bother travelling all the way to Europe?
