How did you arrange where you were staying, I am very interested in learning how the Kuna make the molas. Do you have any information on that? Definitely want to spend a night or two, and wondered if there are different islands on can stay.
My second question is what will the weatherbe like in November so that I have realistic expectations, have any travelers visited the first part of November?
I went to Panama for my 50th and by chance ended up meeting the owner's (Senor Diaz) niece. She explained her uncle had many family islands and had a real business hosting tourist on the beautiful islands. My son and I decided to go for it and had a grand experience with sanblasdreams. Everything was clean and I liked the local meals the chef cooked on the islands. Mr. Diaz is a good business man and his family (kuna's) has beautiful history. -His niece shared such with me. I think, Mr. Diaz answered your question in regards to the weather. I went in April and it was beyond perfect weather with some sprinkles here and there. Be sure to ask Mr. Diaz to arrange an island hopping day for you and visit starfish island. And ask to see his hilarious dog (who thinks he's a person) Sue-Sue!! Cutest dog who thinks hes one of the guys. Just make sure you dont oberpay to get there. Ask Mr Diaz to arrange transportation. Its a blast. Dont even think to hard about it. We felt safe and just chilled bcse no matter what you pay anyone, they are on island time. -Found it refreshing bcse it took my hustle and bustle (im from jersey) and brought it down to zeroooooo. Enjoy!
