Berry Springs is approx 45 mins from Darwin. We had a car when we visited....I think it would be far more expensive to do as an organised tour.

The above information is spot on. It was not recommended to swim there when we visited due to the water quality in June this year

Hi Megan,

It would be very hard to get to Berry Springs without a car unless you do a tour. I would say it's cheaper hiring a car that way you have more freedom. Hertz are right in town and very cheap. It's only an hour from Darwin and great fun.

About 45mins to an hour by car. Make sure you get there early limited parking, fills up quickly especially on a hot day. Hiring a car would be best if you don't have one.

Hi

About 30 - 45 mins by car. If you are going by Taxi (no Uber in NT - ban), its cheaper you hire a car. Its very easy to drive & move around in Darwin.

Hi, you need a car as its about 50kms from the city. If you hired a car you could also visit the Terrority wild life park too and have a fantastic day trip.
