I couldn't say for certain but probably not as guests have to use their room key card to operate the lifts to get up to the pool terrace.

Yes it is but the tables near the bar are reserved for residents. Not sure about the pool though. It is a very small pool and only really for cooling down.

Yes it is. The tables nearest the bar and in the shade are reserved for guests. Not really a problem but there was one girl, who wasn't a guest, who was a bit loud. I would have preferred it to be for guests only but that's just me!
