Has anyone gotten the refund from the strike closure. I haven’t heard anything back yet.
I received this today after numerous emails, its taken 4 weeks for them to respond to my last email

I also went before the strike. I would call the company and try to get a refund. If not, call your credit card company and dispute the charge being that the service you paid for was never completed. Good luck.
