Hi, I'd like to see the Dior exhibition but it seems as if the tickets have all sold out. If I go on the day I'd like to visit and queue for tickets at 10am will I definitely get in & will I get a decent timeslot- not have to wait hours to get in? Ideally I'd like to get there for 12 but I suppose all the timeslots will have gone by then? Thanks!
I have tickets available. If there is anyone interested just send me a message.
The times were all sold out online for the Diorshow for the week that I was there. I decided to try for one of the same daytime tickets that are available day of. I arrived at 9am and stood in line at the front door (Brompton Street). At 10 am (museum opening) the line was moved inside and after about 20 more minutes in line, I bought a timed ticket for 20 pounds. First available was 12:45 which worked for me. I came back at 12:45, waited in another line for about 15 minutes and was allowed in. The exhibition was spectacular and I spent about 1.5 hours wandering around. It was crowded but not horrible. Well worth the lines and the crowds. The dresses are brilliant!
I'm looking for 2 tickets any time on May 2 / 3 / 4 / 5, if anyone wants to sell tickets, please let me know
Im not sure you will get a ticket if you queue, although if you apply for a membership you get into exhibitions free.
I know they have recently released some more tickets for the early hours. I would call the museum if I were you.
I have one ticket available for Saturday 20th July at 9.30am. Looking for face value of £24. Please message if interested. Thanks!
Just an update to the question I asked in case anyone else wanted to know. I arrived at the V&A at 10:40 to see if I could get tickets for the exhibition today but was informed that they were sold out and that people had queued from 8:30 to get tickets for today. I did try to phone this morning but the phone line doesn't open until 9:30 and I had to leave before then to get to the museum. I decided to become a member so I could get in straight away (I'm hoping to see the Mary Quant exhibition later in the year, so it seemed worthwhile). Anyway Dior was fabulous and beautifully curated. Thanks for your replies.

Hi...I'm looking for 2 tickets for the exhibition on the 6th of July...
You need to queue from about 8am every day to even remotely get a chance.
At 930am when the office opens they come out and hand numbered tickets to the queued up people for as many tickets as they have available (80 -100 normally but could be less)
then the rest are turned away. at 10am those lucky ones get to purchase their tickets for the time slots available on a first come-first served basis. Seen tickets on ebay and the like but at the prices they are going for better off becoming a member of V&A if you visit often.
