Yes. I even took some videos about the museum which I uploaded in youtube. You can search Chen Hui Ze toyota. Entrance fee is very cheap compared to what you will get there, around 500-800yen. If you travel with 2 more people, you can consider taking taxi from Nagoya JR station, which costs around 1200 yen

Someone suggested the taxi fare from Nagoya Station would be 1200 Yen ($10 US), which is far too low. Perhaps they were thinking of the Toyota Commemorative Museum in Nagoya. The automotive museum is ~25 km from Nagoya Station, which might cost upwards of 10,000 Yen. You can ride the subway/train for less than 500 Yen. I did; it was very easy and convenient. If you need help before or after buying a ticket, ask the person at the ticket gate for help. They all speak English and are very helpful.
