TO ROBERT BIANCHI -----The manager's name were all over other guests' reviews but doesn't give the manager, Robert Bianchi right to publish customer's full name and personal email address in retaliation. It is the customer's right to review and say exactly what happened. Again, I am starting to see how he cannot comprehend that I am a "sole entity" or a "sole paying customer" than my friends. I never accepted the "expensive villa" you mentioned.... I never knew there was a wine offered to me? massages? really? I told you to give that to me since you never offered me anything for my discomfort. 2 roaches? really... how about my friends who got roaches too but you offered THEM the "expensive villa????? and telling my face you have nothing to offer me?????? why because I am filipino??? i felt discriminated by your behavior.

What about your name being published? you're name is all over other people's review's then all of a sudden you have problem with it because i wrote about my bad experience????? i already said, i understood we are in a jungle, but maybe you should have another customer service training on how to talk to your customers. Maybe you are being prejudice towards me. I will make sure to escalate your behavior towards me to upper management. I already said I have no problem with you personally but professionally. ... but now you escalate it to something else. You are attacking me and harassing me by keep publishing my full name, my personal email and writing untrue responses. AGAIN, I PAID FOR MY ROOM ALONE. I AM REVIEWING ABOUT MY OWN EXPERIENCE. STOP INCORPORATING ME WITH OTHERS.
