Is there a dress code?

i have to Elilai for a lunch .i have ordered a set menu.its was a great disappointment.o i got a salad with corn.a soup with over cooked vegetables.And steak which was burned its was cooked to well done it was fine.i dont take to taste burned steak.and finally the dessert was over .the waitress offered me sorbet in a wine glass .for your kind information sorbet is not a sweet course its is served in between the courses,the vegetables served was oily for me.the red pepper sauce was ok.(confused its a harissa or red pepper coulis) THE SERVICE WAS WORSE I WAS LATE FOR THE LUNCH BUT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE ON MY TABLE.The view was great ambiance was great. the wine selection is great on the menu card.

i have to re think of visiting this place again.
