Just returned from 11 day cruise to the Canaries, stopping of at Vigo on the return trip. From check in to check out everything went smoothly for us. The ship was spotless and regular sanitising of all public areas. The staff were helpful, polite, welcoming and appeared to enjoy their job. I have to give a particular mention to Yvonne who looked after our cabin, quietly doing her job but always seem to be "there" if we needed anything or just a chat. The Medallion App didn't come up to scratch but I'm not going to moan about it (unlike some) because it didn't spoil our holiday. Well done Princess.

Only cruised once, 20 years ago so didn't know what to expect. Ship was immaculate, clean and staff, without exception, polite and extremely helpful. Boarding(we did have priority boarding) smooth and without issue.Mini Suite fabulous, cabin steward so helpful. Food amazing in the symphony dining room and didnt bother/need to go anywhere else. Loads of seating in all areas. Medallion app worked fine, but you do need internet access, which despite paying 9 dollars per person, per day for, was so slow. That is our only minor complaint, we would expect quicker. We did use app to buy drinks, but note only order one drink at a time .. if you order 2, you will be charged for the second. The customer services happy to correct tho. So order one on the app, and let hubby order his on the app separately. Waiters very attentive and will happily provide without the app. For those who complain.. get a life. Covid has changed so much, but these guys work hard to provide a great holiday. Do your research as to what you need in the way of certificates, documents etc...staff will happily oblige if you get stuck with form filling, printing etc. All folks wear masks hand gel everywhere. Entertainment ok..I have seen better, and it became very samey each night. Best was Shelly the soprano in the Bravo show. Final comment is to say we were disappointed with the formal night. Whilst some wore Balck Tie, a lot did not and one guy sat with flip flops and shorts in the bar. Call me old fasioned, but I would like to have seen a little more of an extrravaganza for the formal nights..

We booked the 4 day cruise through Princes Cruises to Belfast. The Princess Cruise staff were excellent but felt that they had made a BIG MISTAKE to involve Imagine Cruising. They seemed to think they owned the cruise and getting tickets for the concerts was extremely difficult. I never want to go on a cruise where Imagine Cruising are involved..

Having done 30+ cruises and never a Princess cruise before we were looking forward to finding out what Princess cruise line had to offer. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The 80's theme shows were brilliant but these were organised by Imagine cruising. Princess didn't make much effort to provide any other entertainment, especially during the day, i.e. the line dancing and quiz both at 9 a.m. each day when most people would be at breakfast. Other activities were minimal and always at awkward times, i.e. meal times or show times. The ship itself was lovely. The crew and staff were all friendly and efficient. The cabin was large and had a comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom was a good size and had a powerful shower. Another problem on this cruise was the frustration of people trying to use the Medallion app which was useless. At busy times there weren't enough waiters and sometimes we waited more than half an hour for a drink. The All Inclusive package was also disappointing as it was limited to 15 drinks a day which included small bottles of water and speciality coffees.

We have travelled twice on this ship. Amazing customer service, Speedy boarding and covid testing. Friendly and welcoming staff who couldnt do enough for you. Made us reluctant to leave on each time.
