The Itinary was the reason why I did this cruise. 21 nights from Rome to Dubai. (included Athens and, Greek Isles; Santorini, Rhodes, Turkey, Israel Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Abu Dhabi. I got a great last minute deal directly from the Cruise line. My sales person was so very helpful. The inside cabin was fine and the service superb. Lots of good free food options, though the food was not as good as Celebrity Cruises. Entertainment was very good. The itinerary was packed and I did a lot of great shore excursions which I arranged with private operators before i left. They are much cheaper than cruise ship tour options.

This cruise should have been cancelled as 5 of the 7 ports were cancelled due to NCL having not followed their own rules and allowing people on board who had been to Hongkong, passengers and crew. Therefore, Vietnam ports refused docking. We had an extremely expensive sail without seeing the places we had booked to see. NCL refusing 100% refund. Having to make arrangements to fly back from Singapore rather than Hongkong which was clased also caused stress. NCL management could not care less. They do not know the meaning of duty of care. Only interested in profits. We sailed with them before and had nothing but praise for them. We feel very let down.

My husband and I booked this trip of a lifetime to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We have both wanted to go to Italy and this was finally our chance and our first trip to Europe. Florence and Pompeii were must-see. Problems started before we left home, with numerous unreturned phone calls & emails. They are completely unprofessional.Not a good omen. They canceled our last stop, Florence, due to an engine problem and returned to port of origin.Their defective ship caused the failure to dock, yet their compensation was only $100 per cabin, not per person. This insulting sum was offered by a cruise line that makes approximately $16,589,386 PER DAY (cruzely.com). Passengers were outraged. Also, countless people became sick on this ship. A man from Australia went to the ship's doctor & got hit with a $3500 bill to diagnose bronchitis after x-rays and blood work. My doctor can diagnosis it with a stethoscope. I got sick on September 5, coughing so hard that my ribs would have been cracked & broken if I were an older person & still coughing over a month later. CLEAN THAT SHIP! Most of the cruise was very good, staff onboard were great. Miami staff are unresponsive at best. My gripe is more with Norwegian than the cruise itself. I will never again use their cruise line after the shabby way we were treated. We were robbed of the port we most wanted and left feeling nothing less than ripped off. Long story short, if you want to avoid being ripped off, find another cruise line.

All the staff were very helpful. Our accommodation were comfortable. Our itinerary allowed us to visit a large variety of places in Italy, Greece , Crete, Greek islands, Malta, an Sicily. The supposed free benefits were very skimpy. The free excursion only covered 1/4 to 1/8 of the actual cost of most tours. Free internet was a joke only allowing less than 15 min per day. There is a daily fee for general services not clearly identified in the advertisement. Drink Prices are significantly inflated. Diing ranged from ok to very good, significantly poorer than we have previously experienced on royal caribbean. We did have an excellent meal at there French restaurant for our 50th wedding anniversary at a surcharge. Evening entertainment was generally very good. Overall would probably not cruise with them again.

Have been with Norwegian 5 times before....so you have to say...we do like the set up they have...we enjoy the freedom the ships offer & the free style dining on offer. as they say, you pay your money & take whats on offer. Staff were great all round from cabin staff, bar staff & every other post they work under. Hygiene is 2nd to none & they remind you many times to wash hands & to follow the guidelines they have in place...so what more can they do...looking forward to my next trip with them...where can I go with them ??
