The worst cruise I have ever been on! Cabin ok though very small. Food was awful in all restaurants. Bars were uninviting and lacking in any atmosphere, entertainment not good, pool far too small for the amount of guests. I have nothing good to say about this trip!

Went from NYC to Bahamas onboard for 7 nights, this was September 2014 (Honeymoon). Was brilliant from start to finish, the ship then was a great shape and freshly decorated. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Loads to do onboard from wall climbing to the sports court. Food was great, tepanaki restuarant was superb, French one, not to my liking. Buffent restaurant was excellent, especially on Pizza night, wow. highly recommended.

Positives - Bar tenders Alvin & Ronaldo excellent. Cabin steward - Donovan excellent. Best dance and sining show/s we have ever seen on a cruise ship. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF - Coronavirus protection... Negatives - Resturant Grand Pacific and Magenta menus were horrible... not enough varity. Not enough entertainment scheduled, too much time between events the did have.. DJ TEDDY is the absoulte worst DJ we have ever witnessed!!!!! Rude and disrespectful bar staff!!!!!!!! Yes we cruised during the Coronavirus outbreak we were kept in the dark.... We skipped St Thomas due to bad weather????? Really thats the best excuse.....

This cruise (21 days) left San Francisco and traveled through the Panama Canal ending in New York. 3 ports in California, 3 in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama transit, 2 ports in Colombia, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, NewYork. It was fabulous from beginning to end. The ship was beautifully appointed. Our Stateroom (balcony) was lovely with plenty of room to move. The staff were very meticulous with cleanliness. The food was fabulous. Tours from the ship were exciting and varied for different tastes. In all we had an amazing time in a beautiful part of the world.

Took our family of 5 on this 11 day cruise to the Caribbean departing from Manhattan Cruise Port. The weather was excellent aside from the first and last full sea day. The good: Food (both buffet and complimentary dining rooms), activities & amenities, service, ports, and overall staff. The not-so-good: Only option to economically accommodate 5 of us was 2 staterooms. Not many inexpensive excursion options. In Port, constant local badgering at the gates to take their private tour (I know this is beyond NCL control but it dampened our shore self guided experiences - Antigua was very professional and polite though). Parking costs in Manhattan... I parked at the cruise port itself which worked well. The bad: Ultimate gaming package is a ripoff. Thankfully we didn't buy. My 11 year old did play a couple games in the arcade by just swiping his card - we noticed that about 60% of the 20ish machines had labels attached saying "This game not included in the Ultimate Gaming Package". Overall, we really had a great time and was a good itinerary. My feedback to NCL was to think about extending port time by a couple hours at each and to speed up the boat through the first and last sea day - the last one we were ready to be home! I would definitely recommend this itinerary and ship.
