My wonderful Crystal experience began when I called the Crystal River Cruise phone number. I was fortunate to be connected to Estefania Montealegre who was knowledgeable, patient and always available to respond to my questions. She helped me put together a family trip to celebrate two birthdays: 85 and 59. We had a small cabin with floor to ceiling windows which opened. It was satisfactory but I would opt for a bigger cabin next time. Service was extraordinary during the entire trip. All drinks were included as were most of the excursions into town. A highlight was an exclusive evening visit to the Belvedere Palace in Vienna to see the Klimt Art Exhibit and a private concert which included performances by a tenor and soprano and two classical ballet dancers. The setting in this fabulous museum was magical. The entertainment each night was wonderful and under the direction of Mark Farris who is a talented pianist. A tenor and wonderful violinist are other examples of the fabulous evening entertainment offered by Crystal. The food was excellent with many choices to suit any palette. The service staff was knowledgeable and our waiter Damir suggested what was best for the night and he was usually correct. We used the Crystal air transportation and transfers to and from the ship were easy. We opted to stay an extra night in Budapest at the Aria Hotel, a boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Everyday at 4 pm they host complimentary wine and cheese in the lobby and after a day of walking you can relax listening to beautiful live piano music. Our trip on the Crystal Mozart was so wonderful that we have already signed up for another Crystal River Cruise...this time on the Rhine.

This all-inclusive Danube River Cruise was amazing! We traveled from from Vienna, Austria to Passau, (Bavaria) Germany and then to Budapest, Hungary with a stop in Bratislava, Slovakia along the way. Everything about the ship, staff and the cruise experience went far above any expectation. The food, wine and entertainment was awesome! We even had a butler to help with some cool things like unpacking, packing, shining shoes, etc. This was new experience for us and so we were not sure what to ask from him but he was so awesome he gave us ideas so we just enjoyed the experience of being spoiled. The chefs even prepared some local dishes and suggested local wines each day to accompany meals making the voyage even more all encompassing! The staff went above and beyond to make the journey special. The boat is set up wonderfully to accommodate passengers comfortably so you never feel crowded. The ports of call were all wonderful too. And many of the shore excursions are included so you don't need to shell out additional $$ unless you want to take a specialty side trip away from the port cities, like a day trip to Munich or Salzburg for example. These trips are not inexpensive so when every facet of Crystal exceeded our expectations it made it all worth-while! Highly Recommend!

Great trip with many interesting tours. Great food on the ship. The nightly entertainment was wonderful. From Vienna to passau, Germany to Budapest Hungary. Stopping by Salzburg and Munich and many side trips along the way. Spend a few more days in Vienna. Credit cards accepted along with EUR and $. Washers available but take clothes for colder weather. Veranda cabin (has nice side window/door). Many movies and internet but not much TV.

Wow! The crew, the food, the drinks, the ship itself. Did I say, the food? It was all spectacular and far exceeded my expectations. The excursions were well thought out and executed. And when they say "all-inclusive," they mean it.
