I have a huge problem with Royal Caribbean!! In the app said that my wife and I do not need negative COVID 19 test if we had more than 14 days with the 2 vaccines already received and so it was! We took our vaccination cards and at the time of checking in, they didn't let us go in and gave us a paper to make the test that one of those places cost $390 per person and the other $90 per person! Then because of bad communication from Royal Caribbean not only because I saw in your app but also because I called and gave me that wrong information! ! I had to pay $180 plus $50 Uber for me and my wife!! this happened to a lot of travelers not only to us !!! We will not use Royal Caribbean again!!! Until we receive a credit for that extra value we spend more !! ! Because of your misinformation provided !!

Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing. Food was great. Everyone was so welcoming! Shout outs to Imade in the Saphire, Imade, our cabin steward, the Promenade welcome ladies, and pretty much everyone! Beyond delighted!

Cruise was cancelled due to COVID. Now that restrictions seem to be easing, we would like to plan for next year, but cannot see how to use our cruise credit. We emailed a couple of times to a couple of email address and have received no response. Very poor Customer Relations!

My husband and I decided to take a cruise for our 35 year anniversay. We scheduled several months in advance and booked on Royal Caribbean's Adventures of the Seas Ship. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip due to the personnel were so kind and helpful as well as caring that it was our Anniversary celebration. We could not have asked for a better team to take care of our cabin and our meals, thanks to Michael and Florence. They attended to our every whim to make our dinners the best we could have asked for. Wanting to go again soon!

We had 10 cruises booked on this ship but due to the virus we had to get off after 3 we were having a great time the crew was awesome all the specialty restaurants were great. Katy the cruise director was great our suite attendant Lester was great. We really hated getting of as no one was sick on board. We love Royal Carribean and have 2 cruises in July hopefully and just booked 7 on Independence of the seas to earn more points. We highly recommend Royal and ifs it your 1st cruise go on one of the Oasis class Ships. You won’t be disappointed
