This place was outstanding. It exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally well designed. Easy access to gardens and to Vail.

I loved this quaint, clean, walkable town! I loved that all the walkways are heated - no slush, snow or ice. That makes it so nice to walk around! So many cute shops to look in and places to eat and drink. Even for a non-skier, I loved the town. It's the perfect size to explore for a relaxing long weekend.

I live next to Red Rocks but the Amp gives even that venue a run for its money on best outdoor venue! The setting is so pretty and it had great sound. The vibe is very laid back. Loved seeing 2 of our favorite bands there!

It is quite a hike to the top. But if you are up to it, the trip is rewarding. Be sure to bring plenty of water and clothing for the changing environment. The falls are where most people turn back. It is still a good walk to them and worth the effort. The trail is easy to follow and wide enough to let people coming the opposite direction get by pretty easily. There are a few steep areas but nothing too challenging. The altitude will get you if you are not used to it. Be sure to look back down the valley for the great views. Also, leave enough time to get headed down before the typical summer afternoon thunderstorms roll in. That, and again, don't forget to bring enough water.

Excellent place to visit. The downtown market has varieties of local outfits and gifts shops. The nature around the area is worth visiting

We walked from east Vail into town, approximately 4.5 miles. The path winds through the valley, it is mostly flat and very pretty. Lots of bikes but the path is comfortably wide enough to accommodate both hikers and bikers.

Spent 3 days in Vail and dropped in here 3 times. It's in the perfect spot in town, service is great, vibe is chill, and drinks are good. The Alpenglow Hot Cider is delicious! Sit along the windows for perfect people watching and read the history behind the name in the menu book.

First of all, the museum is free! I had no idea about the history of the 10th Mountain Division and Camp Hale. Fascinating! There's a great video explaining it all. The displays are good too. I also loved the video on ski clothing throughout the decades. The whole museum will take about 30-45 minutes. The women working there were also so kind!

We had so much fun! Four of us girls went and rode the #1 Gondola up - hiked over to the other one and two of us went on the Alpine Slide which was a REAL HOOT and then we all went down the gondola!
It was so much fun, and it happened to be on a Friday and they we're very busy so we made a round trip around the gondola - down, up and down again!

Missouri Lakes trail is a long uphill hike but the scenery is beautiful, sounds of water enchanting and the avalanche area fascinating. It's a rather strenuous hike but my wife and I are in our 60s and usually just do moderate hikes and we made it to the lakes ok, although I think it took us about 4 hours

It was really neat seeing the training facility of the 10th Mountain Division for WWII. Having a great tour guide from Nova Guides definitely helped.

Beautiful moderate trail with so many wildflowers! We have done this trail in both the fall and spring and it is magnificent each time. Don’t let all the cards in the lot scare u off, a long trail and plenty of room for people to be on their own.
