It was a very fun experience for our son (3 yrs old).
Very up close and personal with the animals. Enjoyed watching the pandas. Cutest ever alive.

Have some “fake” dinosaurs during the walk which my son enjoyed, since he is a fan of dinosaurs. So it a great combo for him.

Walks were very cooling since it is during winter season.

The only thing I have to comment for a dislike is the tram ride. The exhaust smokes kept coming to us. China is going into EV, perhaps safari can consider changing to EV for their tram ride.

We just followed the good recommendations and were totally impressed by this historical area with many stories behind different buildings. No crowd with groups of visitors…

One of the top sightseeing in the town. Located in the middle of modern city. Impressive building style and interior with long history. A bit overcrowded.

It's a zoo on steriods and coffee.

    It's the Chinese Disneyworld.

Such a unique and wonderful experience. Spent it with my Dad and his friend and his family.

I'll never be able to go to another zoo without feeling disappointed.

Although this river is over 2,000 km long, the most significant portion of the tourist attraction goes through Guangzhou. A good way of enjoying the river is by going on a night cruise and seeing the views when the city is lit in bright and flashing colors.

We spent New Year’s Day at Baiyun Mountain (which means White Cloud Mountain as it’s wreathed by cloud).

Awesome cable car ride with stunning views, we could have walked!, then a further 2.5 kilometre walk up to the Moxing Summit, the highest peak!

At Moxing Summit peak, sign pointing to the direction of and distance of 1,900 kilometres to Beijing

The view of Guangzhou city was hazy but sunset was still cool!

Located at Yide Road near the Haizhu Square in the city center, this beautiful over 130-year-old Roman Catholic cathedral is a holy and peaceful site in the bustling and busy urban area. From our hotel at Qiaoguang road, we walked here within 15mins of leisurely paced walk.

The cathedral was nice, aka the Notre Dame of Guangzhou (similarly to that in Ho Chi Minh City) with the same architectural style. Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, the Cathedral was closed to the public for some private events and so we could not stand outside to take photos and read the intro from the information plagues.

And along the section of the cathedral was small square with 2 rows of shophouses and cafes and right next was a long stretch of shophouses selling dried foods, toys and stationery which was very crowded, noisy and full of vibes but within the cathedral area, it was quiet and peaceful, what a contrast, all within 100-120m of distance!

The Mausoleum Museum of the Nanyue King contains the most ancient and largest Han dynasty tomb. There are many fine relics on display, including jade carvings, burial shrouds, porcelain pillows, and more.

The square is surrounded by skyscrapers, the Finance sector, along with tall hotels, in particular the Four Seasons, amongst some well manicured gardens, and restaurants in the underground restaurant arcades leading to the subway! At the end of the square, you have the ‘party wharf on the Pearl River, looking onto the tallest building in the world, Canton Tower!
Also close by is the Guangzhou Opera House and Library plus the Guangdong Museum!
    Very impressive square!
