- freedmlLos Angeles, CA156 contributionsOne of the best music museums in the world, and we've seen lots of them. Beautifully restored and working self-playing instruments. Pipe organs, Nickelodeons, and music boxes of all kinds driven by drum, disc, roll, and book. Hear them all, including a performance of Rhapsody in Blue recorded by George Gershwin on the piano used to make the recording. Currently open Sat and Sun. We were there 3 hours and could have easily stayed another hour or two. The docents were great! Their technicians are very talented.Written October 23, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- seescokidGrand Rapids, MI1,615 contributionsWell I woke up this morning. Check my tee off for our golf club now and saw that the beer was at 29 bucks couldn’t believe it. Yeah I was late four 3445 whatever but yeah we got stuck behind some outing who’s who has outings at that hour but anyway that price I wanted to play the bear with the wife boy talk about a tricked up traps mounds Carries over swamps just about everything Lakes Jack you’re diabolical anyway we just got done before dark started about 430 on Thursday. Excuse me Friday, September 8, 2023. I played the wolverine five years ago by myself and that was $25 in October just not a fan of all these diabolical courses smallish greens course it’s almost a 40 year old course but it’s a Bear, I actually prefer something like Dunmaglas but for 29 bucks come on come on nothing
Some guy from the outing was the coolest dude ever ended up giving me three beers. Give my wife a hug or some kind of outing with the flooring company or whatever but anyway, yeah, there was a lot of character. I was course and I was diabolical, but I know I would never pay 100 bucks or more the way Jose.Written September 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Parking is much easier here. If you have limited time, start here first.Written October 25, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SarahChicago, IL1,077 contributionsThis spa was great. It definitely exceeded my expectations, especially since I didn't love the hotel. It was very well-kept, relaxing, and actually quite luxurious. I've been to some pretty good spas, and this one definitely held its own.
The reception area, locker rooms, and especially the relaxation area were all very clean, welcoming, and well-decorated. I especially loved the relaxation area with the fireplace, lounge seating, and dim lighting. Also, the dark chocolate squares placed in each locker were SO good!
I first had an 80-minute full body massage. I was very comfortable, the room was exactly what it should be in terms of music, lighting, and scent. My therapist was very good and checked more than once to make sure that I was comfortable and that the pressure was to my liking. The whole service was fantastic and went by in a flash.
I next got a Hydrafacial, which I had never had before. It was an interesting experience. I had actually never heard of the Hydrafacial, but it's apparently a specific technique that is available at spas nationwide. It involves a hand-held instrument that exfoliates, flushes out your pores, and hydrates. I'll admit, the results were pretty great.
The spa menu itself is very extensive. I would've had even more services done if I'd had the time! Also, all of the spa staff I encountered were very friendly and kind.
Overall, great spa.Written October 5, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - SimplyTravelinOmaha, NE12 contributionsOur family (3 teenage sons) went
out with Luke and Derek at 6:00 am. We started catching fish right away and nearly limited out in the first hour! Luke and Derek were both personable and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, our limit of fish, perfect weather, a beautiful sunrise, and wonderful guides! Afterward, they laid out all of our fish for a picture and then cleaned them for us. Thanks for a great morning guys!

Captain Taylor and First Mate Kyle were wonderful guides. Our boys had a blast fishing and catching the trout! We will definitely be planning another trip back here and booking with them again! Highly recommend!Written August 30, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
