One of the most spectacular places to visit. The beach is divinely long and wife and clean and worth walking on. Sunset is special here but she is sun rise and all night and all day. Magnificent.

Even if you are not a mad keen birder, this tour is still well worth doing. You get to see shorebirds in numbers you are unlikely to ever see anywhere else, you get to see a special part of Roebuck Bay and you get the knowledge of the Broome Bird Observatory warden, which is worth its weight in gold. They have great scopes which allow you to see the birds up close without disturbing them. Plus on the drive to the observatory you are likely to spot an Agile Wallaby or two. Bonus.

Great experiance and a must do while in Broome
As it’s fully open you get a nice breeze on a warm night . Few bugs but the spray is free
Take a beach towel or pillow if you want to soften up the deck chairs

Located in the Kimberly region of western Australia is the famous crocodile park. Entrance to the secured park is through a giant croc head (great for photos) and into the souvenir shop. Bring insect repellant, a hat, your camera, and possibly a insect head net (millions of flies). The charge is well worth the adventure.

We have been to many croc parks in Australia and this is the best because of the close and personal experience with over 2,500 crocodiles a created by an Australian wildlife documentary filmmaker. In the guided tour learn about the crocs housed in this animal refuge that is also home to kangaroos, emus, and snakes.

A great place for adults as well as adults. Don't stick your fingers through the fencing--you are that close!!

This is a quaint museum - small but packed with a lot of interesting things. I really liked the front building which had a nice display of the pearl industry and beautiful shells. There are several buildings and one in the back has a tiny dinosaur exhibit and different kinds of shells. There are some airplane parts outside and nice shade trees. Lots of parking space across the road where there is a small park.

A nice place that I enjoyed however I think this aspect is a bit overrated. Everything has to come together to get a good one.
Broome is nice but can be very expensive. Need to book well in advance if you want to ride the camels. Stayed in a caravan park, but as I have mentioned everything has to be planed and booked if you want to do tourist things.

A visit here is a must in Broome. Never realised Broome had been bombed. The silent statues at the beginning of the peer really touched my heart - to hear the Japanese families who had worked all the pearling lugs interned and loosing everything durring WW2. Town Beach has great water park for the children and hosts severtal markets. Also the place to be for the staircase to the moon experience.

Popped in to ask for some information and was assisted by an extremely pleasant and helpful young Lady. She gave us all the information we needed and a few suggestions as well which were very helpful. She arranged bookings for us and ensured that we were understood everything about the tour before we left. A HUGE thank you to Shine for her assistance and professionalism all done in a cheerful and happy manner.

This lovely, hand crafted chapel has stood for many years, not a destination on its own but if you are travelling up the peninsula then very worth the short diversion off road to visit.
A $10 admission ( honesty box) is requested.

Such a great cave experience. I was a little apprehensive at first due to the things I had read but well worth a visit. There is a 20 m swim in very cool water in a dark cave but that’s the scariest bit. Make sure you have a head torch and a dry bag for the swim. Saw a few younger children so even they managed the swim

Broome is an interesting place to visit. The history of the town is significant. Cable Beach is beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. Aa sunset camel ride on Canle Beach was a highlight.
