It is on a windy hillside with tremendous views of the river Thames (perhaps a bit bleak in winter!!) The Center itself is a superb building with 360* views of the nature reserve, great roof access.
Apart from the walks, excellent children's playground and varied bird life, the views of the Thames and its passing ships make Thurrock Nature Park very well worth a visit.
