Kevin Williams and the Spa Atlantis are top notch. Kevin's massages are what I look forward to on a bi-weekly basis. He is a complete professional. I have referred friends to him as well looking for the best masseuse in the Reno, Nevada area. Look no further, Kevin is truly the best.

I enjoyed a midday (30 minute) Happy Hour massage. Megan was excellent. She explained and helped me choose from scented oils, she made sure she knew what area she should concentrate on, she checked during the massage to ensure the pressure was right, while in my case she focused on neck and back, she also applied warm towels to my feet and the heated massage bench gave a sense of an all over massage.
Their pre/post treatment sanctuary has a lovely view of the mountain tops from comfortable chairs. Their was hot tea, water and sparkling wine (upon request) and light healthy snacks.

Great massage by Bev. Her experience shows in an excellent service experience. Facility was pleasant. Best Tahoe massage I’ve had over a few years when visiting!

This was one of the best things I have ever done. We had the relaxation package, with a nice long massage and soak in the waters. I have chronic pain from late stage lyme disease, and I have been pain free for several days so far after my visit, despite a red eye flight. Gordon gave me an amazing, deep massage that completely pulverized the areas of pain. So grateful we took a risk on the road less traveled....

Let me start by saying WOW!! I have probably been to 10 or more spa's, day spa's, resort spa's and Blue Water Day Spa is by far the best!! My wife and I had a couples elevate spa package and yes it will cost you but it is worth every penny. Sarah and Summer are top notch. They are very professional, listen to your needs and very thorough. I would give Sarah a 10 out of 10 and my wife says the same for Summer. If your in Tahoe and looking to relax don’t hesitate to book a message at Blue Water Day Spa you will leave feeling like a million dollars!!

Had a wonderful experience at Elements Day Spa. We enjoyed the dry sauna, pool and hot tub that over looked the lake. Our massage therapistw were amazing. It was all around a great time at the SPA, can't wait to go back. Thank you for everything.

I came here to use the fitness center five times during my stay. It's a good exercise space, connected to the pool area, which is beautiful. The spa facilities are very pretty and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay! In Reno for a conference and spent 3 nights here. The Peppermill is a considerably less expensive alternative to the hotel that connects to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, and according to my colleagues, my room was quite a bit nicer. I stayed in the North Tower, which I heard was renovated last year. The room was clean, large and the bed was very comfortable. It has a small refrigerator (no microwave)It was nice to be able to opt out of daily housekeeping. These updated rooms have a gazillion USB ports for your electronics! The WiFi worked very well. One of my favorite amenities was being able to Chromecast my device to the large TV so I could binge watch on Netflix. My one criticism is that there is no accessible electrical outlet near the bed (needed to power up my CPAP). Housekeeping brought an extension cord and I signed a form promising to pay $25 if I didn’t return it. All personnel were very courteous and helpful. 👍

Punch card worthwhile for tourists. Fairly small, with somewhat older cable equipment, but plenty of free weights. Quite friendly. My wife and I always buy year-long memberships for less than $700 per couple.

Moving up to Tahoe I was worried to find a good massage therapist. I am so happy she was recommended to me.
She listens, engages, knows where you need more pressure, and if you prefer a quiet treatment just let her know, she happily accommodates this too.
Look no further - you found the Best.

The goal of my body scrub was relaxation since I cannot get massages without requiring physical therapy afterwards. Antonia did a fabulous job. The pillow she prepped for me to use had a great aroma that lulled me into a tranquil mindset. I was like a wet noodle at the end. The price was in the neighborhood I expected, and the sense of well-being I left with was worth it!
