- TellyaThis14 contributionsWe visited the Hot Springs early in the day. We arrived in the middle of a torrential downpour that lasted the first 45 minutes of our visit. It was wonderful! The combination of the hot spring water and the cooling rain was exquisite, and we had the entire place to ourselves for about the first full hour. This place is somewhat typical "Philippines", the sun shelters and facilities are all cobbled together, and fairly crude, in poor-but-functional condition. Nothing "high-end" about it, but it is an inexpensive place that locals, Filipino and foreign tourists all can mingle and enjoy! The pools themselves were well-kept, water was clean, is salty, with good circulation flowing through the pools. If you want to cool off, there is easy access to the ocean water, and there is a fresh water shower to rinse off. We really enjoyed talking with other visitors who showed up, and when we left our 5-person group all felt great. Well worth a trip to enjoy soaking in the hot salty water.
This is a nice place to go on an overcast or rainy day, otherwise visit late in the day because the hot sun and hot water isn't the best combination. MAKE SURE to take your water shoes or sandals as the area around the pools is rock/dirt, and you may want to wear them in the pools, as it is not paved and some of the surfaces are pretty rough if you have tender feet. There is a small store where you can get water, drinks, and snacks if you want them. The operator doesn't allow people to bring in their own food.Written 19 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - RockPaperTravelEdmonton, Canada624 contributionsBeautiful church in the centre of town. - Victor B1 contributionDuring our 2 days of training we had a great time with Paula and Cat!
They both had an unique way of teaching us the foundations and techniques of Freediving.
Paula had a more inner peace of mind approach, focussing on breathing and staying calm before the dive.
Cat had a very structural and clear approach on how to improve my techniques. As well as keeping the "fun" in freediving!
I learned so much during this short amount of time and my confidence grew for sure. My hunger for Freediving in the beautiful seas of the Philippines has surely grown stronger!Written 24 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Marine VOrleans, France1 contributionThanks to Greg for allowing me to access distance courses, I can't wait to come in 2021 to discover Coron with the FKD family 🌊🌴☀️Written 13 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Luc_Dieti16 contributionsReally cool experience! Randy and his team make your dive trip great. The food on the boat is delicious and the shipwrecks are really special and mystical. We would recommend the dive center to everybody. We always felt really good informed and safe.Written 13 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jan GAmsterdam, The Netherlands8 contributionsMe and my girlfriend went to Raggae diving center for our first diving experience ever. We applied for the Padi OWC!
We met Nico, a Filipino with Austrian roots (or how do I say this). Well he is more Filipino then Austrian. Nico is such a cool guy, very experienced, calm, trustable and almost as funny as me.
We passed the course in 4 dives in 2 days. We loved the diving center, I do not believe there is a better diving center in Coron who feel so confident and relax to start your first diving experience.
Nico and Crew. You are the best!

- StandoddLondon, UK28 contributionsI did two fun dives with Safety Stop and would recommend them. The staff were nice and made me feel very comfortable. Brian was my dive master and he was fab - thank you so much! Competitive rates for fun diving in Coron.
They are small and locally owned, so bear this in mind when booking - we had a group of 5 and were on a very small boat for the day. This wasn’t a problem except not much shelter in the rain and little privacy in the tiny toilet.Written 17 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - CarlyFarlyFay11 contributionsThis bar (AKA Tribu Kuridas) had us visiting every night we were in Coron. It’s absolutely unreal. The best reggae music we’ve ever heard (especially Jasper and Nivra) and such a great atmosphere. The drinks are strong and really cheap, the staff are incredibly friendly and there’s a wall you can write a memorable message on. Loved it so much. No bar in the U.K. will compare!Written 4 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- dome767Yokohama, Japan124 contributionsPerhaps This bar must be changed to Bam bar.
But atmosphere and staffs were not changed.
恐らくこのバーはBam Barに変わっていると思われます。雰囲気はそのまま。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで割と遅くまでやっています。Written 3 April 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Tamir E6 contributionsעשיתי אצלם קורס open water.

Pick up was on time, they have all brand new Scubapro gear. Divemasters and boat crew were assisting all the time, making sure we don't need to move a finger, just enjoy!
The only dive resort with speedboat, a game changer that allow to reach the dive sites quicker, and returning home earlier to enjoy the rest of the afternoon.
Definitely will dive again with them!Written 12 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - LempesTLV694 contributionsprice is not very high but level of massage is also avg . nothing very special compared to other options in the islandWritten 12 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
