What travelers are saying
- mrc282World8,028 contributionsyou need to hike to it via cape woolamai beach, although google map makes it appear as if you can drive to it. well, the truth is you can drive to it if the dune road ("management track") is open. it is gated, and seemingly always closed, and even if it's open, you need a proper 4x4 vehicle to traverse the track
so visit here, with enough time to walk on the beach, and ideally during low tide.Written August 21, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Beautiful coastal views and a great way to spend half the day. We finished it off with lunch from the kiosk at the carpark. Definitely recommend.Written March 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Natalia TSingapore, Singapore2,303 contributionsThis is an old abandoned granite quarry on the beach. You can get there via the long route past the Pinnacles and the Beacon, or you can take the Cleeland Bight Track along the beach to reach it. However, the beach route is only accessible at low tide. It's interesting as it's a historic monument.Written February 21, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
