Went when my sister was visiting. I love artists, especially those with recycling as a priority. It was a magical sculpture garden. I soo wanted to buy something, but my house too small. The welcome nevertheless remained friendly, and we had a chance to learn something of his inspirations. Nothing snobby, just a great opportunity to meet someone young, inspirational, who thinks creatively. I believe he sells online too, so get in touch.

The Estancia El Rosario has been around forever, so kudos for standing the test of time. If you're in La Cumbre with kids on a rainy day it's a good thing to do, they show you how they make alfajores and you get a free sample at the end

This museum is really worth a visit. They have about 500 paintings of their resident painter, Miguel Ocampo. He was cultural attachƩ In Rome, Paris and New York and once retired from diplomatic service he settled in La Cumbre, where he painted for 30 years. As all of his work has not enough space, temporary exhibitions are available at all times. During our visit the exhibition on the walls of the museum included pictures where influence of many famous painters (like Braque, Picasso, Bonnard, etc.) is mentioned. Entrance fee is only 50 pesos (about 2,5 dollars) and while this particlular show is not changed, the same entrance is still valid. When in La Cumbre do not miss to visit this place.
