We booked a private tour with the Oslob whale shark encounter, Sumilon Island tour and Moalboal snorkeling with the sea turtles and sardines. Their reservation officer, John M was always on time when responding via email. Our driver, Jomz and our tour guide in Oslob, Merlita were very friendly and polite . They assisted us all throughout and were attentive to all our needs. Our boat crew both in Oslob and in Moalboal were also very helpful and accommodating. I am not a good swimmer but they made me feel at ease and they were always there to give guidance while snorkeling. We really had an amazing and memorable experience! Everything went smoothly from the time we were picked up from our hotel to the time were were dropped off. We highly recommend Cebu Tours! They have a team of professional and knowledgeable staff. This tour was definitely one for the books!

If you want to experience the top 3 highlights of Cebu this is the tour to take! From swimming directly with amazing whale sharks in Oslob to canyoneering the turquoise Kawasan Falls in Badian to the breathtaking sardine run (and sea turtles!!) in Moalboal, this tour was unforgettable!

Ryan was my driver and was super attentive and got me to each location safely and in record time, and Dwinz was my tour guide for Kawasan Falls and took the best photos imaginable while insuring we ventured safely and adventurously through the canyon, and the owner of the company was very sweet and had a huge authentic Filipino lunch waiting for me once I reached their base!

I’m telling you guys, if you’re looking for the ultimate Cebu experience this is the one to go with! Have fun!!

Pescador Island wasn’t worth going to but the rest of the itinerary was great. Swimming with the sardines and seeing the turtles was cool. By far the highlight was canyoneering at Kawasan Falls. The guides were great and it was a lot of fun.

Lovely trip around the island. My partner and I were the only ones in the group, so we could go at our own pace. Our driver Simar picked us up from the hotel at 3am and it was roughly a 3 hour drive down to Oslo for the Whale Shark encounter. We met our guide Paula, grabbed our number and then headed to breakfast instead of waiting around. After breakfast we made our way to Tumalog falls which was beautiful. having a dip in the water was so refreshing. Must try the "fish spa" before leaving. We made our way back to the Whale Sharks, which wasn't a long wait. The whale sharks are amazing, you can get pretty close to them. After the encounter, we headed to lunch around 9am, which was delicious. Then we left Paula and Simar drove us to Moalboal (around 2 hours) for the next part of the tour. We had a guide and a captain which took us to 3 different parts where we could snorkel. The first part we saw mainly different fauna and flora, second part we snorkelled with sardines and managed to see a turtle! On our third stop we saw a turtle, but had to cut the trip short as there were many jellyfish. So definitely recommend wearing a long sleeve rash vest and pants if you can. This lasted around 2 hours, then we got dressed and made our way back to Cebu; getting back around 5:30pm due to the traffic.
Although it was a long day, would definitely recommend doing this!

Must do if you are in the area - I took a day trip and managed to snorkel. Amazing to see the sea turtles up close, as well as the sardines. Surreal.

I was picked up at 4am by my guide Chenerie and driver for the day Dado. It’s worth pointing out that the trip is solo for your group only. I was traveling solo so bought the minimum of two tickets and had the whole tour to myself. The experience was fantastic and ticked the bucket list delivering what it said and more, 3 turtles, sea snake etc. What really stood out for me was the first class service. Chanerie was an absolutely fantastic guide who made sure all was perfect and is very knowledgeable on the area and her country’s history filling the trip with little pieces of information on language, culture and history. Your very lucky if she is your group guide. As a driver Dado was faultless. A smooth ride except on the bumpy mountain roads and good company too. If your thinking of booking with this company I can’t recommend it highly enough. Ten out of ten.

It was a really nice experience even though we had to get up early. The driver Ludz was very considerate and we felt 100% safe with him. The Sardines and turtle snorkeling was the definite highlight.

Lots of fun book it! Communication was excellent too I only booked c. 12 hours in advance. 4.30am start from Cebu our driver Topaz was brilliant he picked us up pronto and was so lovely and helpful throughout the day. The snorkelling trip was first c. 2.5 hours from Cebu and was super with three stops and we saw two turtles. Canyoneering was next c. 30 mins from snorkelling area. The guides were very professional, kind and fun we had one each for the entire duration. Tips are bring good water shoes with decent soles (otherwise you can get at the starting point) and money with you in a waterproof pouch as snacks can be purchased along the way and for guide tips they really deserve it and don’t even expect it. Its c. 3.5 - 4 hours return to Cebu because of traffic.

The experienced in Moalboal in Cebu is renowned for its stunning marine life, particularly the sardine run where thousands of sardines move together in mesmerizing formations. And swimming with turtles adds another level of magic to the experience.
Mantayupan Falls, on the other hand, offers a refreshing break amidst lush greenery and cascading waters. The combination of these two destinations provides a well-rounded tour, blending under
Our personal experienced in this tour, we described as a memorable and exhilarating experience. The opportunity to witness the natural wonders of both the sea and the land in one trip is definitely something to cherish. And having a knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide like Paul surely enhanced our experience.

Wonderful place for awesome experiences. Have fun with the sardine run!! Have leisurely walk/swim with a pawikan. Appreciate the corals. Have a canyoneering rush!

    Pros
    Friendly people
Affordable - php500 per pax package for the sardine run+pawikan+coral and php1500 per pax for canyoneering (includes lunch). Package includes rent for basic gear (snorkel and life vest) and 2 expert guides who happen to be brothers and are safety focused and take really good underwater pictures (contact: Charlie Tundag 09557280005)
You can rent extras - gopro @php500, fins for snorkeling , footwear for canyoneering
Shower area available - with minimal pay (manage expectations - think outdoor rustic)

    Cons
    Jellyfish!!!! And more jellyfish!!!!

    Notes
Better to do this first before going to sumilon/oslob; if planning on renting a gopro and having more underwater photoexperienced guides - negotiate to have them also for the sumilon island snorkeling and oslob butanding/whale shark experience (the oslob gopro were dated and the guides there had limited expertise in taking pics)
Best to have your own gear ie snorkel, fins, mojos/footwear
If planning for all activities to be done in a day - start early!!!
There are canteens/food establishments by the sardine run area
Lockers are available for a minimal fee
When planning an overnight - check in before sundown as navigating can be tricky (narrow dark and winding roads with dead ends)
    Be prepared for jellyfish stings
Lots of affordable/budget lodging (for oslob - we highly recommend castroverde homestay with its free unending coffee and drinking water, hammocks for outside relaxation and friendly and helpful staff; for moalboal - Oyo RN Guesthouse had a clean room for us even when we booked really late at nivht)

Yu can see the sardines right in front of chili bar.
No need to book a tour and guide.
Just rent snorkel and mask and swim out a fiew meters.
If yu need underwater fotos and further asistance a guide might be worth to book.
    Also rent a lifevest.
We paid 400 peso for the guide and rent of equipment..1.5 hours

    Attention !!!
There is jellyfish in the sea !!
They hurt like hell..i couldnt sleep at night it was sooo ichyyy...
I almost panik when it got me...
I would go again but only with a long sleeve lycra and long pants.
