- mhughes112557Hillsborough, NJ47 contributionsThis is a VERY long excursion. It was about 12 hours total time. The excursion itself was a lot of fun. Lots of dancing, and rum drinks. Once we we got on the catamaran it was a nice ride out to the sandbar, where we spent about 40 minutes swimming. We were then off to the Island, where we had lunch, beers, and a couple of hours to explore the beach.
The one negative was all of the picture taking, then trying to sell you a package.
I felt this was overkill. I didn’t need almost 100 pictures taken.

It was also much nicer having a smaller group, with everyone chatting together and enjoying the day.

Customer service on whats app was great. The day prior got all the info we required. Was told pick up was at 715 driver was there waiting for us at 710. Was a little nervous we drove to a run down area to pick up other customers and then other hotels to pick up people. After our bus picked everyone we were dropped off at a gas station. Wife was a little worried as she saw a man with a shotgun. I guess stealing fuel is a huge thing or something. At the gas station we waited 15 mins as other small vans showed up dropping off other customers. We then loaded the charter bus with the host named Willie amazing guy. On our way we stopped at a souvenir shop. The trip out to the beach was amazing the ride was great, we stopped at the pool got out pics done(expensive but where really nice pic)
The time at the beach was amazing recommend to anybody. The trip back was great.
Overall the trip was great.

The captain and crew were very nice and extremely helpful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We took the Yacht out to Saona island for lunch, snorkeling & to see starfish. The food on the island was great! The trip was well organized and the transfer from the resort to the marina was very smooth. The carride from Punta Cana is close to 2 hours or more depending on who else is being picked up with you. It was raining the day of the tour, we took the catamaran and in our was it was raining but still we have fun and the staff provides with drinks and food, music and show which was super fun. We stop in a natural pool, we were there around 30 minutes and then we continue to the Saona Beach, which was beautiful. On the beach, they gave us food and drinks and the food was great. - Таня П3 contributionsIt was really good experience specifically because of the people in the group. They are awesome all together, we had fun on the way back sailing in the catamaran having party. The staff was great, friendly and just cool.
We spent some time on the island in very beautiful environment. I took 30 min great aroma relaxing massage right on the beach - it worth! Caribbean sea is awesome, you can snorkel right there - coral reef is close to the beach. We had really good lunch, simple but tasty.
A few things that you need to know - the group will be pretty large and you will spend a lot of time getting everything because of it and return time will take long. And also you will be provided to the souvenir shop plus they will make the pictures from you even you don't want it. In the end of adventure they will try to make you buy the souvenir with your photo even if you don't need it. It takes time, you need to know.
But all the rest was so good! It was great being in the beautiful water and we were able to get some good pics to help remember the experience. There were too many boat transfers for my liking and the lunch/drink options once we made it to the actual island we're somewhat lacking. Although the description said the tour guides spoke English, it was extremely limited.
