    Would highly recommend evolution to anyone looking to dive in malapascua! The service was amazing. I did my advanced course with Kleng who was so professional and thorough, I felt very safe and looked after :) he’s also lovely so we had great fun! The diving itself is the best I’ve ever done, the thresher sharks are so majestic!! I also liked their focus on eco tourism and looking after the marine life whilst diving :) overall amazing experience with Kleng!!

    Devocean Divers
    Devocean Divers was a very nice dive shop to dive with. All staff was always smileing and in a good mood. They had a lot of different dive sites to visit. And all of them had something to explore. The dive boats was in good condition and they always served coffe and something small to eat. A special thanks to our dive master Pol. He was an excellent guide with a hawkeye for macro. He took so good care of us. Very proffesional and excellent to dive with. We higly recomend Devocean and specilly Pol.

    The best dive store & coach in Malapascua!
    My friend & I got OW, AOW, NITROX certification from sea explorer. Our coach, Nove, is a great & professional coach. He really cares about our safety and skills which we learned. We learned a lot of useful skills & knowledge from him and enjoyed every classes.
    It must be an awesome experience to see the thresher shark and any other cute species
    Really recommend Nove & sea explorer to everyone who wants to dive in Malapascua!

    I'd already booked a package but when I met Andrea at the GoDive Show, I knew it would be a good trip! The whole Team were so Professional , Wilbert guided me for the week and I saw more than I thought possible, Marvin always with a Smile, Cheryl never missing a beat with the all important post dive 'SMB's. So many memories, it was A GREAT TRIP

    great dive school
    We had been on a couple of Thresher dives with another dive school, esrlier that day - whilst the dives were amazing and we saw lots of Threshers, the school left a lot to be desired, so we called in here by chance to see if they had any VERY big shorties or wet suits to fit me, so we hadn't done any review checking before hand (which is unheard of for me) - the vibes were all good, so we went with our gut feeling and what a good job we did.
    There was no hard sell for anything at all, I felt they gave an honest opinion of the different dive sites on offer, so we followed their advice on where to dive. They even sorted out 15 litre tanks for me as well
    We did a night dive, on the house reef - unbelievable experience and I would highly recommend everybody should do one with this dive school and the following day we did 3 further dives off Gato Island again all excellent. We booked more dives the following day, but I had to cancel just before midnight because I went down with a cold it was no issue to them at all having such a late cancellation.
    We had two different dive masters (one for the night dive and one for the following 3 dives the day afterwards - both were excellent.
    Their gear is in good condition, there communication was good - all four dives were really relaxing - loads and loads of stuff to see, big stuff, small stuff, white tipped reef sharks, absolutely all sorts of things - I would strongly recommend.
    The island has got much more to it than diving with the Threshers - believe me

    Short stay from 9 - 11 Feb 2023
    Stayed @ the resort from 9 - 11 Feb 23. I'm more or less satisfied with the resort for the warm & hospitality of their staff. The room was pretty spacious for me since I'm travelling alone. Place is rather aged but it is kept clean by the staff. The AC was working fine but the water pressure for the shower was a tat bit low for my liking. Food wise was good & it certainly builts up the mood & ambience, being able to dine in front of the beach. I think the biggest issue with the place, which I thonk most guests would agree, is the WiFi which is only available @ the dinning area or bar. Was a little pissed with this @ the start, but after talking with other guests from other resorts or hotel in Malapascua during my dive trips, I realized that WiFi is a real luxury in the island & all of thrm experienced similar issue with thrir own accomodation. I guess that the basic network facilities in the whole island is very lacking, given that even the mobile network in the whole pretty poor as well. Other than that, I basically had no issue with the resort.

    Dive Society is awesome!
    I went to Malapascua and chose Dive Society to go diving with.
    Everyone is very helpful and you recognize that they care. Also safety is not just a word for them, they mean it. They have oxygen just in case. Most equipment was new and they maintain it. They offer best brand rental equipment.
    The boat (bangka) is big and very convenient and they also have a nice speedboat with a roof. It feels like home or good friends when you stay there! They care, they are funny and the dives are awesome! On the boat, in the water and underwater
    and beside diving they are a great team. The DM are searching for the animals you want to see. The instructors know what they do and are very patient. They love their job. Thank you Dive Masters, thank you Dive Society. It was awesome!

    Great Dive Shop
    Divelink is the place to dive and stay when visiting Malapascua . Located on quite & relaxing side of the Island Divelinks cozy modern beachfront cottages are very comfortable and located next door to very good resturants. Diving with Divelink is a must there experianced local staff of Divemaster will provide very satisfying dives for all levels of divers. We have been to Malapasca many times and we recommend Divelink as the place to Stay,Dive,Relax.

    Best place for Diving!!!!
    If you want to Go Diving this is the place to be! Its right next to the wonderful beach, the rooms are Clean, amazing prices and the food is nice. If U Go Diving with Roland you will have the best time ever and its even affordable for backpacker! We saw many sharks and He spotted oktupus and so much more amzing animals in the water. If you have any Problems under water He will Care for u. He is so calm and relaxed so you are as Well. He is really caring for the under water world and is Really careful. A friend did the advanced course with him and Roland made amazing 5 dives with her which where perfectly balanced between fun Theaching and adventure!!

    Unforgettable Malapascua
    We spent some days in Malapascua and we had our AOWD certification with Buceo Malapascua. Everything was so great! Thanks to our instructor, Koldo, who was experienced and professional, an also always focused on safety, so the course was a great experience for improving my dive skills.

    Also thanks to all the crew who were so nice and helpful! The dives and day trips were amazing an unforgettable. Sun, blue sky and amazing dive spots with great coral walls. We will come back :-)

    Great local dive masters
    Jess and his team are local people who are passionate about their island, the sharks and ensuring everyone has a fantastic diving experience. Our Dive lead was Val who was a superstar. We really appreciated the effort they went to with decadent lunches and snacks. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience diving with sharks, diving Gato and Chocolate Islands and enjoying their boat around the beautiful Malapascua. They even picked us up directly from our resort at 5am. Thanks Jess and Team! 🙌🏽🦈

    AMAZING
    Best experience - awesome Divecrew+Equipment+Service
    I was very nervous, because my last dive was already a while ago-but Santiago made me feel so save! It was an amazing experience! We were very lucky and saw plenty sharks!
    I recommend Ocean Passion 100%!

    These guys know their divesites
    We had 5 amazing dives with Dan's Dive. Super good divemasters Reno and Felix, they showed us a whole lot of new creatures under the water. Super good boat staff, friendly and helpful. The only improvement we can see is that the equipment is a little worn, but still functional and it has no effect on the overall experience. Super nice they have shoes to wear in the fins and long wetsuits.
