When staying at the Patio Rizal hotel Lucban as a base this is a short trip to

Taytay Falls in the Lovely Mountain Air .

A Family of 7 adults ,we had a day trip and you hire a Tent near the waterfalls to Rest

and Change clothes after Your freezing mountain waterfalls swim.

Plenty of Parking area on the grass near the outdoors Restaurant and shower rooms.

A Short walk down a narrow path with handrails to visit the Taytay falls.

Plenty of small Tents for Hire ,Erected handy to Swimming hole below the

Powerfull Clean Cold Water falls . . You are looking for any Sunshine for Warmth.

The Mounain Water is So Clean that it is transported through a large pipe from a

Small Weir on top of the Falls to supply the Local Village and Showers near the

car park Restaurant . Also to the toilets and Past the side of the Tents , Primitive

Toilets .But Always Flushed . wear Rubber boots or Avoid .

The Taytay waterfalls are still Naturally Beautiful and Unspoilt . But Crowded at Times.

Best to stay Local and You be early before any Crowd.

You can buy Food up near car park and Enjoy eating down near the River .

Or even Cook near Your Hire Tent , Day Trip or Stay Longer , Lots of young people

Do. Stay Overnight in Groups ,Plenty of Hire Tents Already erected and Cheap.

You need to be Young or Fit to Hike to Falls .

Overall an Excellent day with Very Stimulating chilled Waterfalls ,Mountain Air and

sunshine and Food , relaxing too. We Visited these Taytay Waterfalls before 2017.

I am now 75 years old and will return here to Enjoy the Stimulation .

Constructed in 1575 this is one of the oldest Catholic churches in the Philippines, but it was originally made from bamboo and nipa leaves, burnt down the following year. Another bamboo church was replaced by a stone church in 1599. It was burnt down a few more times but in 1730 it was rebuilt by 14,000 forced laborers. During the future centuries it was burnt, destroyed by a typhoon and eventually the roof was replaced.

Stayed here for a 3-day training and was captivated by the many IG-worthy spots from the natural fields, to their farm accommodations, I felt like a princess from long-ago in our kubo with the fine mosquito net. Ate fresh organic food, naturally sweet juices and slept soundly with the cool mountain air and soft crickets lulling you to sleep.
I would definitely come back with my family to share with them a relaxed weekend at the farm.

Nice place to relax and unwind. Enjoy nature at it's best.
Really enjoyed the ice cold water from Mt. Banahaw.
Just one thing, The resort really really needs serious improvement. The restroom is really a nightmare, no lights and no enclosure for the toilet. So if you're about to you know, hehehe, you need someone to be at the entance door so no one would come in. Flies at the cottages.
Staffs are accomodating and courteous though.
