What travelers are saying
- Charlo B5 contributionsFamily oriented mall. Kids can play on the free play ground. For every atleast P300 reciept from participating tenant, you can claim a free 15 minute voucher for trampoline and bubbi blocks. But what really caught my attention to this place is the free use of table tennis.Written December 30, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GJMantuaMetro Manila, Philippines235 contributionsIf you do not live in near vicinity of this mall, I suggest going somewhere else. The traffic congestion in the roads going to this mall will drain the energy before you even get to the place.
Well yeah, the ambience of the place is relaxing per se; lots of basic commodities can be bought here. There are also milk tea shops and some restaurant that you can try. The place is not that big so you only need a few minute if you’re just trying to buy some stuff. Not all of the places in the mall have A.C so you might not tolerate going here during summer or in the afternoon.
Pros:
-cheap parking fee
-clean
Cons:

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Jeff G28Kawit, Philippines4 contributionsBooked their signature massage for me and my wife, opted for th 120 minute version because their staff recommended it for "maximum relaxation" but we left the place feeling more stressed. Here's why:
1. The place is located inside a residential area, not on a commercial spot. What's wrong with that?
To paint a picture, the street where they are was narrow so we had to park on an adjacent, wider street then walk back to the spa.
The neighborhood was noisy: dogs barking, vehicles passing by can be heard from inside the massage room, rowdy children playing (and also making their Christmas carol rounds this time of the year).
2. The establishment felt less conducive to relaxation.
The reception area isn't well partitioned from the massage area so you can hear conversations between staff and clients coming in, which is quite distracting.
Massage area curtain dividers were a little thin as you can see the silhouette of the other bed's occupant.
Not to fussed about them using a small basin for the foot bath, but it still felt uncomfortable.
The beds are squeaky so any movement makes a distracting noise.
3. Mediocre massage quality. I've had better service elsewhere (hint: they specialize in Thai massage)
My wife had complaints about the uneven pressure of the therapist assigned to her but tolerated it and just wanted the session to end.
4. Unprofessional staff.
They had their phones on them and kept checking for messages. They should leave answering client inquiries to a dedicated receptionist so they can focus on what they're supposed to do: the massage service.
One phone kept "pinging" new message notifications and worst of all, was not on vibrate mode, so imagine everyone's surprise when it rang out loud with an incoming call!
I can even hear them whispering among themselves about their opinion of an annoying client earlier.
They offered a hot towel, but it was dripping wet! So right after the session, we got dressed, paid up and left a smaller tip than we use to give whenever we get massages.
Needless to say, we're not planning on coming back there.Written December 2, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
