- NPLimLaguna Province, Philippines297 contributionsThe beach has an on going construction during our visit but overall it is neat and manageable to get your feet wet. The sand is fine and smooth good for barefoot walking. Access to the beach is free! You can just rent a hut to be seated to and take a nap. - Ronaldo NamanCalasiao, Philippines243 contributionsIt’s Sunday and we want to relax after morning service and my partner and I decided to visit this place. Due to construction of bay walk that is why this place nowadays is not that pleasant. After all what we want is to have fresh air. We just enjoy the view and the food offered by the locals.Written September 1, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Markitos_VillaDagupan, Philippines15 contributionsCan be improved, more interactive. Full of photographs. less of dioramas, relics, etc. It is sometimes used as a meeting hall. no special events, expositions.Written May 20, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RRBoltzTagaytay, Philippines167 contributionsThe place is right by the tondaligan beach. I don't know how it found it's way to the places to visit in Dagupan. It was a big let-down. When we visited, there was a small group having videoke session and drinking spree right at the middle of the park where you'd have to pass through their occupied space to get to the beach. I like that they have a volleyball net by the beach if you feel like playing beach volleyball.Written January 1, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - windsurfer_andrewCavite Province, Philippines6 contributionsI did my own adventurous tour from San Nicolas town. Most of the roads are concrete but there are roads that are full of gravels so I do not advise to use a road bike. I used an electric pedal assist folding bike (qicycle) so I did not have any problem on the steep hills. The side of the road is covered with tall trees and bushes so you barely see what's below but it is beautiful to me and makes the route cool because of the tall trees. I saw some goats, chickens, dogs and ducks on my way and the people are hospitable. I happened to take a rest on a store in baranggay matedted due to rain and asked for hot coffee, the owner told me that she doesn't have hot water but she will prepare one if I'm willing to wait. Upon arrival on the entrance of the dam, unfortunately the guard told me that the visit is for appointment basis. From the word of other locals, we can have an appointment by visiting the municipal hall of san nicolas, they will also provide the logistic in going up to the dam. So I proceed then to the river below the dam, the scenery was beautiful. I can see some folks picking some shells on the shore and some are fishing. There are also a lot of goats around.Written November 7, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- saf7670Peterborough, UK1,826 contributionsThis is the river that runs through Dagupan, looks green and murky in color, but is healthy with plenty of fish. Fishermen can be found fishing from the banks and bridges at night.Written May 12, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ericson LDavao City, Philippines117 contributionsI have visited place as we are hoping that this place has souvenir shop on it.
Thankfully, there is and I am ablw to purchase pasalubong at least bearing the name of the place on the souvenirs.
The mall is big especially on their supermarket that they have high ceilings on it whuch is like a big warehouse. It is full of stuffs and anything that you need is there (for me).
The only thing that leaves me an impression is that their cashier could not accept the item my aunt wanted to buy and redirect us to another cashier. She cannot accept the product as it was belong to a supermarket area not on the hardware area. Thankfully, a supervisor (I guess) agreed to accept the product and let us pay on it on that cashier.
Overall, the mall is good. However, there were some parts of the mall which their AC is not functioning well (as we feel some heat in it). I hope they could improve it.Written November 19, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
