- Andrew F1 contributionGreat tour. Lots of construction so we waited 1.5-2 hours in traffic 20-30 min at a time and had to skip some stops as a result.
Also 2 tourists on our group were rude and late by almost 30 min to get back after the snorkeling stop and caused us to cut our tour or Dole plantation short to just 40 min. Bummer. Group should have left after a 5 min grace period.

He is truly a top notch ambassador for Hawaii. The bus was impeccably clean. Aussies, don't hesitate to book this tour. - Jessil F1 contributionFirst off I'll start with the tour guide Jay was awesome funny guy and patient, me and my spouse were on the first pickup and every stop after that everyone was 10min late when we show up. When it clearly said I the booking arrive 5 min early. The pineapple we ate along the way was to die for, very fresh and not tangy at all and this one stop it was 5 dollars for what they called a pineapple boat and they sprinkled this powder on top of it was to die for. Had fresh coconut water which was pretty awesome as well. The beaches were so clear u could see the bottom and the mountain ranges were breath taking. We did this tour our first full day and wouldn't have done it any other way because for the rest of the trip we went back to places we toured with them and other hidden gems they recommended. (My tour was May 2021 but I am just now getting around to writing a review, sorry!) He was also smart enough to change the lunch location based on the traffic conditions. He stopped the vehicle at the best viewpoints for clicking pictures.
The only suggestion I have is to consider increasing the time spent at the Dole Plantation so that we could try out the train ride and/or the visit to the World's largest garden maze out there.

Tour guide I think dropped us off at a wrong stop and my poor elderly father had a hard time hiking for 40 minutes to see the lava tube. He had to rest so many times. Just to find out there was a parking area literally right next to the lava tube. Also, our guide had pretty much no knowledge of the volcanoes and kept telling us to ask the rangers at the visitor center. But there were no rangers any other places so all questions we had were basically never answered. I give it a high 4 because of the views and actual tour stops. We had a beautiful lunch at Turtle Bay resort and enjoyed a visit to a coffee plantation and macadamia nut farm. Eva truly enjoys her job as a tourist guide and it shows in her attitude and presentation.
