- Tony BLos Angeles, CA739 contributionsJust a superb museum with rich detail and many, many fossils. Certainly a place to add to any visit, especially if you have kids.Written December 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jack W1 contributionThe guide was very friendly and obviously knew what she was doing. I’m a more experienced rider and went with my friend who had never ridden before. They did not give her horse a mask (to prevent it from eating on the trail) and they put her in the back as well. My friend often lagged behind and was nervous about going fast so she couldn’t catch up. Her horse was very stubborn about eating and it was hard for her to get the horse to stop and continue on the trail without the mask. I realize this sounds like a HUGE complaint but other than this the trail was amazing; the horses were very well behaved, and the views were stellar. I would definitely recommend this for beginners - but ask your guide for a horse mask ;)Written October 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - swoodrufMuskegon, MI1,676 contributionsI was impressed with this zoo. The enclosures for the animals for the most part looked spacious and environmentally appropriate. I only struggled with one ... the polar bear exhibit. It was very hot the day we were there, and the poor bears were pacing around like they were very uncomfortable. The zoom itself was very clean, and I loved the organization of it. My grandson and I enjoyed it a lot.Written June 29, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- DONNY SBoynton Beach, FL523 contributionsWife and I visited here on a Saturday afternoon. Easy parking. Just $28 for both of us seniors. Spent over 2+ hours leisurely walking the many floral lined paths. Areas to sit and just relax and observe the views and the beauty. Observed seating setups for two weddings in beautiful surroundings. Also saw wedding reception hall being setup that offered beautiful views.Written September 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AJLIllinoisRockford, IL447 contributionsThis was really interesting. As others have said it s part of a larger park, so you have to make an effort to visit. But the replica Pony Express station and the sculpture teall the story of the Pony Express beautifully.Written September 29, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BigredmachineSalt Lake City, UT2,225 contributionsSince the shortsighted geniuses on the Salt Lake City council decided to close their best golf course (and one of the best in the state of Utah), Wingpointe golf course, I guess this is the best course SLC has to offer in the city. This is not a particularly difficult course, but it does have some nice elevation changes. Greens do run on the faster side and are usually well kept. It is one of the more expensive municipal courses and they do not have the friendliest staff. There are better options in the area; Old Mill for example or Mountain Dell if your willing to drive east towards Park City. They do have an older clientele that play here that are not known for their speedy play. It is worth playing here occasionally, but it's no Wingpointe.Written May 31, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
